Story
Name: Magno Breed: Belgian Maloinis Gender: Male About Magno: Introducing Magno, a remarkable 2-year-old Belgian Malinois whose intelligence, loyalty, and affectionate nature make him an exceptional companion. Found navigating the streets of Guadalajara, Magno was clearly a dog who had once known the comfort of a home but had been left to fend for himself. Despite his tough circumstances, Magno’s spirit remained unbroken, and he has since found solace with his rescuer, forming a strong bond and showing his true, loving nature. Magno embodies all the admirable traits of his breed: he is highly intelligent, intuitive, and deeply devoted. Known for their exceptional loyalty, Belgian Malinois form strong, one-on-one bonds with their humans, and Magno is no exception. He thrives on playtime, whether it’s with his fellow dogs or his human friends. Toys and treats are his treasures, lighting up his eyes and fueling his energetic spirit. With an investigative and observant nature, Magno delights in exploring every detail of his surroundings. His quick learning and constant thirst for knowledge are hallmarks of his breed, making him both a challenging and rewarding companion. Malinois are known for their need for mental and physical stimulation, and Magno is no different. He will flourish in a home where he is given ample exercise and opportunities to engage in activities that stimulate his mind and body. Magno’s loyalty is unwavering, but he can be protective of his person, especially around other male dogs. This trait, coupled with his alpha male disposition, means he will thrive best in a home with experience in handling Malinois or similar breeds. Magno prefers the company of female dogs or passive dogs, and he can be a great companion to an active female dog. His play can be rough, so a household with a second dog who is up for some lively interaction would be ideal. Magno’s sociable and affectionate nature shines through in every interaction. He craves cuddles and affection, reflecting the beautiful balance of giving and receiving love. This makes him the perfect companion for someone who can appreciate the depth of his loyalty and commitment. If you are an experienced dog owner ready to welcome a spirited and loving Belgian Malinois into your life, Magno is eagerly waiting to be your devoted partner. He is ready to make a lasting bond and become the loyal companion you’ve been searching for. They are currently in Mexico awaiting a family committed to a 10-day trial. If interested, please apply at www.northwestwagrescue.org. The adoption fee is $600 and includes up-to-date vaccines, a negative heartworm test, spaying/neutering, and microchipping. ##2048680##

At 11 months old and 54 pounds of wiggles, zoomies, and smooches, this shepherd mix is living life like it’s his own personal action-comedy movie. This boy thrives with an active family who’s into hikes, games of fetch, or just flinging plushies around the house like they’re part of an extreme sport. He’s a social fella who’s been friendly with other dogs and kids, and he’s got the kind of charm that could melt even the iciest of hearts. Buuuut, small critters and livestock? Story
Bucket is a beautiful pure black German Shepherd. She loves playing tugowar and fetch and trust me she can catch a ball. She does great on walks and is potty trained. Bucket would do best in a single dog household as she's a bit aggressive on the resource guarding side of playing with toys. She may come off as aggressive when first meeting someone (barking and running toward said new person) however put your hand out and let her give it a sniff and just like that you are her new best friend. My wife and I love her so much just unfortunately don't have the ability to train the resource guarding side out and don't want an incident with our other pup.

Story
This sweet guy is Iroh, a 3 1/2 year old husky/german shepherd mix weighing 65lbs . Iroh is eager to please and loves being with his human ! He would love to find his fur-ever home that he can learn to blossom and find his comfort zone in life! Iroh is the best of both worlds. He will be your shadow, along with his zoomies and playful character. Ideally he would love a fenced in yard to run. He is gentle, polite & fluffy goofball. He gets along fine with his housemate/pit bull and walks on leash with a no pull harness. He would be a great addition to someone that likes to adventure. He loves to go on walks and even is learning commands to go along on bike runs. Iroh would ideally benefit from a home that is willing to help build his confidence and self esteem! Humans that either work from home or could take him with them ! He is not a fan of the kennel; it’s a very stressful thing for him. But with the correct training and hopefully doggie companion he will be free to roam.
