A 2-year-old, 36-pound mix of Feist and Terrier, Lulu came to us from a hoarding situation. She's a lovely dog with a sweet personality who, upon first meeting can be shy, but will warm up quickly. She loves being stroked and loved; in fact, she's very affectionate. We think she's grateful that we brought her into rescue with us. She's been treated for heartworm and is ready to go home with you! How about it? Show her what a real home is like! (posted 12/29/25, ME) NO CATS, PLEASE. Adoption Fee: $395.00-- covers microchip, worming, all vaccines, monthly heart worm preventative, monthly tick/flea preventative, spaying/neutering, health certificate, and complete medical records. At just 2–3 lbs each, they already have big personalities and are as spunky as they come. They zip around like tiny chipmunks, always ready for fun, cuddles, and a little bit of mischief. Simon is the smarty-pants of the group and has pretty much mastered paper training already—he’s one clever little guy! Theodore and Alvin are catching on quickly and doing great too. Oaklee ended up at our adoption due to no fault of her own. She was given to a couple after being abused and mistreated at her original home. This couple decided to surrender her because they already had 3 dogs. She did end up pregnant and gave birth to two puppies, one had passed at birth and the other was kept by family members. She will be spayed, which is already scheduled and up to date on vaccines before she goes home. She can be possessive over food so we are asking for a home with no young children. She does need patience when it comes to trusting new people. Once she trusts you, she just wants to snuggle and be your personal shadow.
