Claudette is a perfect girl for someone who likes passionate feisty young dogs, one who is so smart and waiting for the right person/s to love her and teach her some doggie manners. She's a sweetheart who will respond super well to people who understand it's ok and very healthy to provide positive discipline, meaning for instance, reward the good behavior, ignore or redirect the less favorable behavior. If you want a lifelong pal, who is as smart as she is beautiful, Claudette may be your future.

Story
Sammy is a giant ball of love searching for his forever family. He is an 8-month-old Labrador mix puppy who weighs 77 pounds of sweetness. Don’t let his large size fool you—Sammy is a gentle dog and truly as good as it gets! He wants nothing more than to be with his loved ones. He will sit on your feet while you're at the computer or cuddle with you on the couch if allowed. At night, he happily sleeps on the floor of your bedroom. Sammy is an excellent listener and knows commands such as "come," "sit," and "leave it." He enjoys his training sessions with the Woofs app. When it comes to treats, he is very gentle, whether he's receiving training treats or bully sticks, and he prefers gentle playtime with his toys over rough games like tug-of-war. Sammy is potty-trained and can use a doggy door. He rarely barks, only occasionally when he hears a plane overhead. He is great on a leash, does not pull, and walks at a good pace. Sammy has moderate energy due to having hip surgery at 4.5 months, but he is recovering well. He enjoys 2-3 short walks each day and is gradually working up to longer ones, as advised by the vet. When meeting both small and large dogs on leash during neighborhood walks, Sammy has had only positive interactions. He whimpers in excitement when he encounters other dogs because he wants to play! One of his favorite activities is playing with a soccer ball. He would thrive as a primarily indoor dog with access to a yard where he can explore, potty, and play. Sammy waits patiently for his food and eats slowly; he is definitely motivated by toys! If he finds something he shouldn't have, he gives it up easily and is easily redirected. With his adorable Staffie-like face and turned-up nose, Sammy resembles a cute seal. He is the sweetest and gentlest boy who thinks he’s a lap dog. He truly has a heart of gold and is an affectionate love bug. Sammy adores every person he meets—neighbors, workers, gardeners, and anyone who gives him positive attention. If you're interested in adopting Sammy, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com. You can also check out our social media pages on Instagram (@Doggie_Bonez_Inc_) and Facebook (Doggie Bonez) to see more of Sammy's cuteness. Story
Lexi is a stunningly beautiful 13 month old female lab mix sweetie that weighs 43 pounds of love and sweetness.  Lexi starts off shy and a bit fearful upon first meeting, but opens up quickly and beautifully. Lexi wants nothing more than to be part of a loving and committed family that will provide her stability and love her unconditionally.  Sweet Lexi came from a horrible situation and was dumped at a high kill shelter in San Bernardino.  It’s taken time and some training, and the positive change in beautiful Lexi has been amazing as she continues to blossom.  She loves, loves other dogs and will be a great addition to a family that has a playful dog that will run and play with Lexi in their home and backyard.  Lexi has already been going to playgroup and is the star at every playgroup she attends.  She’s an absolute gem of a dog that will be a great addition to any playful and active family that want a young adult lab mix added to their family.  Lexi is spayed, microchipped, received a comprehensive fecal test, wellness exam and is fully vaccinated.  Lexi is crate trained and is packed and ready for some fun adventures with her loving forever family If you're interested in adopting Lexi, please fill out an application at www.doggiebonez.com.
