Story
Meet Elordi: A Snuggle Specialist in a Gorgeous Brindle JacketAt just 5–6 months old, Elordi has already lived through more than any puppy should. She was dumped at a construction site with her two sisters, which is frankly a terrible way to treat a baby this cute. But Elordi has chosen not to dwell. She is focused on softer things now. Blankets. Cuddles. Human laps. Emotional healing via snuggling. This sweet girl is a little shy at first, like someone who arrives at the party, quietly scopes out the vibe, and then decides to become permanently attached to the nicest person in the room. Once she feels safe, Elordi is all in — leaning in for love, curling up close, and reminding you that trust is a very beautiful thing. She also loves hanging with the kids at the party. And can we talk about the coat? Because Elordi did not show up looking like every other puppy. She’s rocking a gorgeous long coat with subtle brindle coloring, like she was personally styled by nature and told to keep it understated. Effortlessly pretty. No notes.Elordi is soft, snuggly, and sweeter than she has any right to be after the start she had. She’s the kind of puppy who doesn’t need to be the loudest in the room to steal your heart. She’ll just quietly climb into it... and probably into your lap too. Adopt Elordi — because some girls are born for drama, and some are born for cuddles in a fabulous brindle fur coat.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Meet Bree! Bree is a 6 month old smooth coat retriever mix with a petite frame and the sweetest spirit. She has unique brindle coat and ears soft like velvet. She was found dumped at a construction site with her two sisters, but this resilient girl hasn’t let that rough start dull her shine. She loves to be with her people and pack. She gets along with adults and kids alike. She gets along with her much larger foster siblings and will hold her own if needed. She is a shadow dog and loves to always be nearby, but is not underfoot. Bree also has opinions on TV shows and wants to share them with you. She`s content to sleep on her bed while you work, eat, or just while you`re doing daily activities. She is house trained and crate trained. She protests when she first goes in her crate but will eventually settle. She hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but she’s eager to learn, loves attention, and is ready to trade construction dust for a cozy home and a family of her own. Eventhough, she enjoys hanging with her siblings and her foster`s pack she would be fine as an only dog. She would also do fine as an apartment dog. Bree has been spayed and current with her vaccines. Bree is ready to build her forever life with you.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt. It doesn`t obligate you, but it is the first step. We don`t get to all of the inquires but respond to all applications. Thank you for choosing to rescue!

Story
Age: 11 years Weight: 68 lbs Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: No Good with kids: No Activity level: Low Shedding: Moderate Vocal Level: Moderate Training: Basic, House, Leash, Crate  Sweet Coco has been with us since 2017. We first met Coco when we helped get her spayed and vaccinated through our outreach program. Unfortunately, her owner got sick and surrendered her. We think Coco is a lab/pitbull mix. She dreams of a calm, relaxed life with good, loving people. She needs a home without small children because their energy makes her uneasy. She's good company for calm dogs, medium to large size.  She's more of a companion for other dogs than a playmate.  Coco is a softie when it comes to her "babies". She likes to carry around a stuffed animal with her. She really loves all toys and plays well alone.  She enjoys peaceful naps on the hammock, leisurely walks, and just hanging around the house with her friends. She is a funny girl who is sure to fill your home with joy and laughter!  Coco is spayed, microchipped and fully vaccinated.  She is also potty trained, leash and crate trained.  She’s ready to have a family of her own and will make an amazing companion Please email placement@duckteam6.org if you are interested in making her a member of your family. .April 6, 2026, 12:05 am

Story
Age: 8 years Weight: 55 lbs Good with dogs: Yes Good with cats: No Good with kids: Older, calm kids ok Activity level: Moderate Shedding: Moderate Training: Potty, Leash, Crate Bear is a super special pup. He is very shy and will likely always have a timid personality due to his early life and lack of proper socialization. He needs an owner with lots of patience that is just looking to help a dog with fear issues with new people. He does get attached to his special people as he is with his foster mom, but it can take some time to get there. He's a home body, loves to just play in his own securely fenced yard and he LOVES all other dogs. He would be a great companion for another dog and someone that lives a calm life. He would be too fearful of young children, but could befriend a teenager with a sweet nature. If Bear might find a special place in your compassionate heart, he'd love to join a family and put down some real roots. Email placement@duckteam6.org if you would consider giving Bear a chance.April 6, 2026, 12:05 am

Story
Rocky is such an amazing boy. He's friendly, smart, and athletic. He loves to play football, and really loves the water. He's a fish and will swim until you tell him he can't. He's the perfect dog for adventure or just hanging around the house on a lazy day reading a book.
