Hi, I'm Chubs! I'm a happy, playful, and calm girl who enjoys life at an easy pace. I love relaxing in my favorite spot in the yard, playing with my sisters, and discovering new things at my own rhythm. I was rescued with my mom and six siblings from the street and we've all grown so much since then.I know how to sit and come when called, and I'm learning more every day. My ideal home is a relaxed one -- kids are great, and a yard isn't required. I wouldn't be the best match for a very active owner, as I prefer a mellow lifestyle. I'm affectionate, just not a constant cuddler, and I like having my personal space. I haven't lived with cats yet, so that's unknown. If you're looking for a sweet, easygoing companion, I might be your girl.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Hi, I'm Black Jack! I'm a happy, playful, and loving dog who enjoys spending time with my humans and dog friends. I love to play, go for walks, and explore new places. Whether I'm running off-leash or walking calmly on a leash, I'm just happy to be with you.I was found alone on the boardwalk, covered in bite wounds, including a large one on my leg. I also had ehrlichia and anemia, but I've recovered well thanks to care and love. I'm very gentle and friendly with everyone. I'm not a guard dog -- I'll happily greet anyone who comes my way. I get along great with other dogs and I'm eager to learn new tricks if you give me the time to train.I would do best with an active young person, a couple, or a family with older kids who want a loyal and playful companion.This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. Meet Izzy – A Heart of Gold in Every Way Izzy is a breathtaking 2-year-old red Golden Retriever with a soft, silky coat, kind soulful eyes, and the gentle spirit the breed is so beloved for. She weighs around 55 lbs and is the definition of sweetness—trusting, loving, and eager to be near her people. Izzu is currently located in Houston, TX, but is available for adoption directly from transport in the Greater Seattle area. As a puppy, Izzy was given as a Christmas gift to two young children by a man who would later become violent. Thankfully, the mother bravely escaped and got her family to safety, with their abuser behind bars.
