HI - I'M GOOSE! I'm a 1-1/2-year-old flat coat retriever-lab mix in need of a foster or forever home! (Shelter paperwork says I'm 3 but I act like a puppy and still have puppy tendencies.) I was rescued from a crowded California shelter along with my brother, who recently got adopted. I am good with other dogs and a lovebug with people. I'm basically a happy, energetic boy who would love my own home where I can be walked, petted, taken on outings or road trips and given the love and attention I so deserve. I would do best with someone who works from home or who is retired but wants a younger dog. I weigh about 55-60 lbs. I'm currently in the Portland area and available to meet, but I can also be transported to Washington. Please email for an application.

Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!  My name is Frank Sinatra from Korea and I am a wonderful approximately 2 year, 8 months old male Golden Retriever - Samoyed mix.  I am approximately 57 lbs. and so excited to find my new forever home.  I am very happy, affectionate, and friendly.  l was saved from the Korean dog meat farm where I was due to be slaughtered.  I don’t know how I ended up there but I was so scared and I used to hear the cries from the other dogs as they were taken away.  The activists came and saved us and I can't wait to come to America and find a family to love and care for me forever.  Approximately over a million dogs a year are slaughtered to be eaten.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love, and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will come to your home and help train your new pup for only $75.  My adoption fee of $1,795 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.   A GPS tracker or Apple AirTag is required for all adopted dogs.
