WOOF! I'M ROCCO! I'm a 2-year-old Border Collie-Flat-Coat mix in need of a foster or forever home! I was recently rescued from a crowded California shelter, where I was impounded as a stray. I then was adopted, but returned less than 24 hours later as someone in the house had allergies. Fortunately I was rescued and now am ready for a foster or forever home! I have done great with other dogs and am a happy, playful boy. I love to play with other dogs and hang out with humans. I weigh 59 lbs. Could you foster or adopt me? I didn't always have it easy—I was found sitting scared on the side of the road outside a neighborhood—but I'm ready to leave that part behind and find my forever home. Let me tell you the most important thing about me: I LOVE BALLS. Kong, Chuckit, squeaky, bouncy—I'm not picky. If it bounces, I'm in. I'll watch it like a hawk, leap to catch it mid-air, and happily play fetch for as long as you'll throw it. I might even try to trick you into a little game of keep-away... but don't worry—if you pretend you're done, I'll bring it right back and nudge it into your hand. Deal?
