Story
Goose is the perfect little wingman. Wherever his brothers go, he is right behind them, taking it all in and making sure he does not miss a thing. He may be cautious at first, but he is not intimidated, even big dogs do not faze him. He carries himself with quiet confidence and a steady spirit. Goose loves his people, big and small, and enjoys attention, but he is also wonderfully independent. While his brothers are busy wrestling outside, he is perfectly content grabbing a toy and entertaining himself. He is the kind of pup who can balance affection and adventure with ease. He is a sweet, happy boy, but do not expect him to sit still for endless snuggles, he has important puppy business to attend to. Goose is curious, thoughtful, and full of personality, and he is going to grow into a loyal, well rounded companion. You can apply directly for Goose by clicking the Apply for Adoption button on the linked page. https://www.shelterluv.com/embed/animal/FODS-A-819 All our dogs come with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org. Story
Hi, I'm Black Jack! I'm a happy, playful, and loving dog who enjoys spending time with my humans and dog friends. I love to play, go for walks, and explore new places. Whether I'm running off-leash or walking calmly on a leash, I'm just happy to be with you.I was found alone on the boardwalk, covered in bite wounds, including a large one on my leg. I also had ehrlichia and anemia, but I've recovered well thanks to care and love. I'm very gentle and friendly with everyone. I'm not a guard dog -- I'll happily greet anyone who comes my way. I get along great with other dogs and I'm eager to learn new tricks if you give me the time to train.I would do best with an active young person, a couple, or a family with older kids who want a loyal and playful companion. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Courtesy Post Please share and help us find Rosie her home 🐾 How has this girl not been adopted yet? Meet Rosie 🤍 Rosie is believed to be a Lab and Shepherd mix, about 2 years old, with the kind of face that makes you smile without realizing it. She is the full package: sweet, playful, energetic, and endlessly affectionate. Rosie loves to cuddle just as much as she loves to play. She is gentle and does wonderfully with other dogs 35 pounds and up. Give her a canine buddy and some room to romp, and she is pure sunshine in motion. After playtime, she is more than happy to settle in close and soak up all the love you will give. She would thrive in a home that can match her energy, keep her active, and then welcome her in for snuggles at the end of the day. She is ready for adventures, backyard zoomies, cozy evenings, and a forever family to call her own. Rosie is currently located in Yakima and can be transported to Western WA. If you think you are the right person or family for this sweet girl, let us know. We will have you complete an application and then connect you directly with her foster. Let’s get Rosie home. She is more than ready. 🐶💕

Story
This is Bella, she is about 3 year old black lab mix. She was a stray that followed my kids home almost two years ago. We spent almost a year searching for a proper home for her, with no luck locally. I cannot keep her anymore as we are renters and moving soon, and as a homeschool mom running a business I can’t give her the attention she needs as a big dog. After the amount of time she’s been with us, it’s important she finds a good forever home. She gets along with male dogs but not usually other females. We have a small cocker spaniel and she submits to him. She is easily spooked and takes time to warm up but once she is comfortable she settles and acts very lab like. No health problems that we know of. She would need to be trained for walking since I have not been able to do this for her. She also has a scary bark but she is very submissive. She’s never attempted to hurt my kids once in any way, and they pull on her a lot. I hope she finds the right home.
