Never in your wildest dreams will you come across a never-ending bundle of happiness and kindness like Nolan. I am a dog of many nodes of joy. I prefer to be very active, as my energy knows no bounds. Long walks, big yards, non-stop tug of war are the things that I smile most for. Leash walking is no problem for me, but like my hound dog roots I prefer to set the pace and direction. Calm and quiet are my preferred settings so I would do best in a home nuzzled in a quiet neighborhood or on a serene block. A few Nolan "no-no's are other pets or children. I need to be in a house with an experienced owner who can give me their undivided attention. I do have a strong startle reflex so I should not be allowed on the furniture with you. I would like my own bed to the side where I am safe and sound. Take the time to get to know me, be patient with me as we warm up to each other, and I will show you a dog who will never leave your side and who will always be there for you. This is a wonderful gal!! She is very friendly and loves people. She likes to talk, play with other pups and be hugged by anyone! She would be a great adventure companion for any family. She will need all of the basic training, along with leash work, but should learn quite fast. She is learning her name and is ready to go! Located in Tennessee but can be transported to you through Rescue Riders Transport Company.

This boy is a wonderful boy!! He is fun, friendly and ready to go. He gets along with other pups and should do well with kids. He loves to play and has the wonderful hound personality. He will need all the puppy training, and leash work, but should learn quite fast. He is ready for his new adventure with his forever family. Story
Max has been living with us for a year and was adopted as a stray. The vet estimates his age at 2-1/2 years, he is vax'd, chipped, neutered, and he is full size at 40 lbs. He is very affectionate, and enjoys following his people around and sitting in sunbeams. We suspect he has seasonal allergies, and are still looking for a food he loves. Because of his age, Max does have high energy needs, with 'zoomies' if he hasn't gotten enough walks. He currently lives with elementary-age children and would do well with not-shy kids or older children. He would thrive in an environment with a fenced yard or very active owners.
