Story
These two male German Shepherds are highly energetic n just want your attention n to be loved. With a little bit of care and training these two follow directions n are kennel trained. Sadly we don't not have the time to care for them anymore definitely not enough room for 4 large dogs. Dogs were purchased from Amish breeders in Pennsylvania. They are 7 years old as for a new home preferably with decent size yard and or owner with time to walk them on a leash.

Story
Kona is a very hyper and playful German shepherd/pit bull mix. She is wonderful with children, but would do best with older kids due to her size and energy. She lives with both male and female dogs, and does well, but when food is involved she has been known to try and assert dominance with the female. She harmlessly chases our cat, whom she has never hurt, but again would do best in a home without cats due to her size and energy. A large fenced in yard would do wonders to get out her energy, but she is very much a Velcro dog and needs someone with lots of time to play. Our home is very small so she does currently exhibit some anxious behavior (running circles, carrying around a support stuffy, and some whining when confined). We hope we can find her a home with the space and attention she deserves.

Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 856-275-6905 (call or text) or via email at Fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com&#226&#128&#139 Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here, you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 April 27, 2024, 10:23 pm
