Story
Eddie is full of life and energy. He lives to run and play. He is great with kids, we have two. We adopted him last year, and unfortunately he has outgrown our little space. I want him to go to someone who has time for him, between work and college I just don’t have the time he requires any more. He is a lover and excited. He looks like a mini German Shepard with hound short legs. I love him so much. It’s hard to rehome him. He has all his shots, has been recently neutered, and is clean.

Story
Junie is an incrediblely sweet 6 year-old German Shepherd mix. She’s house and crate trained. She loves everyone she meets. Her favorite things are playing with her gator, chasing a ball and watching TV. She is a very happy, goofy girl. She does well with other dogs but would be just as happy to be your one and only. She weighs aprox 55 lbs.  ##2275097##

Please contact Darlene at 302-312-5129 (fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.  This dog is located in Newark, DE. Visit us on the web at https://fur-everpaws.com/fur-ever-paws-adoption-application/ to submit an application. Please contact the foster directly at 302-312-5129 (text or call) or via email at fureverpawsdogrescue@gmail.com Fur Ever Paws Dog Rescue is a small no kill rescue operating in the Delaware/Maryland area. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit that rescues and places homeless, neglected or abused dogs from high-kill shelters in the south into loving, responsible committed and permanent homes. We feel our comprehensive adoption process which includes not only taking the time to match the dog to the prospective new owner but helping to educate that owner in responsible dog care, allows us to find the best homes for our little buddies and the best companions for you! Each week we use USDA certified transports to bring dogs from high-kill shelters in the south to our fosters where they all receive the appropriate medical care and are placed in nurturing loving homes while they await placement in their forever homes. Interested in one of our dogs? Great! Now that you've seen them here you'll need to go to our website where you'll find our list of adoptable dogs (updated every week). Then, it's just a simple process of finding a dog you're interested in and filling out an application on our site. Once we receive your application, whoever is fostering that particular dog will contact you and do a short over the phone interview to complete your application process. If everything works out, they will set an appointment with you so come out and "visit" with the dog you're interested in (we want to make sure that not only are you a good fit for the dog but that the dog will fit with you). If everything works out, you'll be able to take rover (or spot, or jax) home with you that very day. A couple of things you should know: We can't hold dogs over the phone or via email. Adoption fees vary based on breed. All of our dogs have been vet checked and dewormed (if possible due to age, additional treatment may be needed). We provide a spay or neuter voucher to all of our adopters. &#226&#128&#139 January 2, 2026, 5:12 pm

Good with dogs,
Story
If interested, please call 302-390-7337. Her rehoming fee is $100 to the right family New bio Cookie is a sweet, energetic puppy looking for a new home where she can continue to learn and grow. She is approximately four months old and lives in the Bear, Delaware area. Cookie loves going for walks, exploring outside, chewing on toys, playing fetch, and—like most puppies—she is very food-motivated. She already knows her name and has learned basic commands such as “sit” and offering her paw. She responds to familiar phrases like “Do you want to go outside?” Cookie has not yet been spayed. Additional Information / Training Needs: Cookie is a typical high-energy puppy who is still learning boundaries and house manners. She has been mouthy and has a tendency to nip, particularly with children, and she jumps up on people when excited. She is not fully house-trained and has had accidents in the home. When left unsupervised, she may chew or get into household items, and she requires close monitoring and redirection. Cookie would benefit greatly from consistent training, structure, and supervision. Because of her energy level and mouthy behavior, she would likely do best in a home without young children, with a secure fenced yard or enclosure, and with adopters who have experience with puppies or are committed to professional training. With the right environment and guidance, we believe Cookie has the potential to be a wonderful companion.December 29, 2025, 12:34 pm
