Story
Hi - My name is Scott.I LOVE: going for walks, sniffing everything along the way, and spending time with my people. I also love treats, rope toys, and a good head scratch once I get to know you.I KNOW: Sit, Lay Down, Go to Bed, and Wait for Food. I’m a smart boy who enjoys learning, and treats are a great way to keep me motivated. I can be a little vocal sometimes, but I just like to let you know what’s on my mind.IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE: who loves exploring the outdoors as much as you do, I’m your guy. I’d much rather be outside with my people than sitting around indoors.I AM SPECIAL BECAUSE: I’m a big, intelligent boy who loves using my nose to investigate the world. I’m more of a people dog than a dog’s dog, and I’m happiest when I’m out on an adventure or relaxing on a comfy cot bed nearby. I can be a little head shy at first, but once I’m comfortable, I’m a loyal companion who’s always ready for our next walk.

Story
Aspen is a stunning 3-year-old German Shepherd, and he’s flipped the script! He’s not just looking for a home; he has a few requests of his own to find his perfect humans. 🐕✨ Aspen is ready for adventure, but he’s looking for a very specific match. Aspen's Requirements: 🏃‍♂️ Must Be an Active Family: If you love being on the move, he’s your guy. 🐕 Must have a Doggie Sibling: A furry brother or sister is a must-have for this social boy! No Cats 📚 A home office hero or someone away for 6 hours or less. He's a social butterfly who stays happiest (out of trouble) when he has plenty of quality time with his pack. 🏡 Must Have a Fenced Yard: He needs a secure spot to zoom and patrol. 🚶‍♂️ Must Be a Walk Enthusiast: He is not just a yard dog, Aspen lives for long, rambling walks and exploring. 👨‍👩‍👧 Older Kids Only: He prefers a mature crew (14+ please!) as he does get mouthy when he plays sometimes. Understanding the Shepherd breed is a huge plus, but if you’re active and committed, he’s ready to teach you the ropes. If you’re looking for an adventure partner who will keep life exciting, Aspen is waiting! Our adoption process includes a home visit and veterinarian and/or personal check. Safe Paws Rescue is a small rescue in St. Petersburg, FL so we accept inquiries from residents in Pinellas County only, please. Story
Tiger is almost 5 years old. He is a pure breed working line German Shepard so he has a lot of energy. He likes to play fetch and run around. He knows commands of heel, place, off, sit, lay down, stay. He was trained at a dog trainer. I’m looking for someone who has a decent sized yard and has the time to really give him the attention he needs.
