Story
We got Sansa a few years ago. She is great with our other big dog but has developed a strong prey drive towards small animals to the point of going after our smaller dogs. She is super sweet with adults and is good on leash and out in public with other people and animals. She is a great pet on her own and would be a great active companion for any outdoor activities in the area!

Story
Meet Helen! 💛 This sweet and spirited girl is full of energy and joy. She loves to explore, sniff around, and go for walks. she’s always ready for an adventure! While she can pull a bit on the leash, she listens well and is eager to please. Even though Helen is partially blind, she walks confidently, follows her person closely, and always has a big smile on her face. She loves to play fetch, run around, and toss her toys in the air with pure happiness. Helen is also incredibly loving and enjoys attention and affection from her people. Because she can be dog selective, a meet-and-greet with other dogs is recommended. Helen is a bright, happy girl with a huge heart who’s ready to find her forever home—one that will appreciate her adventurous spirit and all the love she has to give.

Story
Meet Zeus 🐾 This distinguished middle-aged shepherd has seen his fair share of zoomies and puppy chaos—and he’s officially retired from the playgroup scene. Zeus is a gentleman who knows what he likes: calm vibes, respectful company, and a cozy spot to unwind. While he can be dog-selective, Zeus is deeply people oriented and thrives on human connection. He's not clingy-he simply appreciates a good balance of companionship and personal space. Zeus is ready to trade the hustle of the dog park for the serenity of a backyard nap or a leisurely stroll. If you’re looking for a mellow, wise soul to share your days with, Zeus might just be your perfect match. *67 lbs*

Story
Koa is the total package: a jet-black (and white tie), toy-toting goofball who can’t wait to be somebody’s best friend. At around 2 years old and about 35 lbs, this Shepherd/Terrier mix–type cutie is the perfect “just right” size for adventures by day and couch cuddles by night.Volunteers say Koa is a “hello, happy-to-meet-you!” kind of dog who makes every walk feel like a little party. He has fun, bouncy energy and loves to pick out a toy to carry for his whole walk, proudly trotting along with it in his mouth the entire time. His sleek black coat, white-tipped toes, and white chest stripe make him just as striking as he is sweet.Koa is very affectionate and loves being with his people, whether that’s out exploring or curled up for a snuggle session. At 35 lbs, he’s an easy size to handle on leash and an excellent fit for someone who wants a playful companion without a “giant dog” footprint. If you’ve been dreaming of a silly, loving, toy-carrying good boy to share your couch and your life, Koa is ready to meet you!
