Harper is a sweet tempered Shepherd/Hound/Lab mix, born approximately October 1, 2023 and weighs 75 pounds. She has a calm personality but is a playful and curious puppy. Harper loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home. In her forever home having other dogs and sturdy children (because of her size) to play with would make her very happy. Harper is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, HW negative and on HW and flea preventative. She is crate trained and goes in by herself at bedtime! She trains easily with treats and knows basic commands...sit, stay, down...and adores belly rubs! Her preference is to be with her humans when possible. Please remember that puppies need a lot of time, patience, positive reinforcement, training and love. If you have that to give and want to meet Harper, please request an application! We adopt in the DFW area only (within a 1-hour drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes. A vet reference and a fenced yard appropriate for her size and breed are required.

Violet is a love bug to her people, but cautious of others. She takes her role as her family's protector very seriously. She is thought to be a German shepherd and golden retriever mix with maybe some border collie. She was born July 25, 2023, weighs 53 pounds, is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, HW negative and on preventative. She sleeps all night in her crate and is house trained. Violet loves to cuddle like a baby with her humans, play with her chew toys, going on walks, and would love to have a doggy friend to play with. She does okay with cats, but does try to herd anything that moves faster than a walk whether it is another dog, cats, other animals or people both young and old. She sees any type of fowl as a chew toy so would do best in a home without pet birds or chickens. Her ideal home is one where the mom or dad work from home or part time. Please remember that puppies need a lot of time, patience, positive reinforcement, training and love. If you have that to give and want to meet Violet, please request an application! Molli was adopted from the Grand Prarie shelter in October of 2017 when she was 3 months old. She will be 7 years old in October 2024. She is great with other dogs once they warm up to each other. She goes on walks 5 days a week and needs exercise daily as she is very high strung. She is protective of her home and those who reside with her. She is very obedient and listens very well. We are needing to re home her for the sole fact of her shedding. We have a 17 month old daughter who is allergic to dogs and Molli’s shedding isn’t getting any better.
