In foster care, Ellie has proven to be: Housebroken Good with other dogs She has now received full veterinary care and is completely adoption ready: Spayed Microchipped Current on Rabies vaccination DAPPV Bordetella Heartworm negative Ellie is a happy, medium-energy girl who will thrive in a home where she can continue to receive structure, love, and companionship. Since her history with children is unknown, a meet-and-greet is encouraged to ensure the best possible fit. Roman is a very sweet and patient boy perfect for any family with ample time and energy for him. He listens well, is very loyal and takes care of himself and his family. He comes from a household of 4 with two birds that he would never harm, he’s even had them walk across his back as he is very easygoing. He enjoys walks but may attempt to be leader on these excursions so it is recommended to have him close to you. He bathes very well and will not resist basic brushing or medicine application. We love our dog very much but unfortunately due to our financial situation and small impediments in our family members such as age and unrelated injury we believe it would be in Roman’s best interest to be rehomed with a younger more available family that can give him more attention and pampering than we physically can.

We believe Dottie to be a strong Dutch Shepherd mix with those ears! All of her 9 pups inherited those ears too. Her pups have already gone into rescue. Now it's Dottie's turn for a forever home. At first , Dottie was scared of everything and everyone, hiding in the dog house whenever her foster was present. She would even take her food dish into the dog house to hide to eat. She LOVES other dogs! She now plays, polices the yard and goes in and out of the house. She crates very well and walks on a leash. She Is sweet, still a little shy, but loves to be petted and loved on. She needs slow introductions to new people because of her shyness, never has she shown any aggression. Violet is a love bug to her people but cautious of others until trust is built. She takes her role as her family's protector very seriously. She is thought to be a German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix. She was born July 25, 2023, weighs 53 pounds, is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, HW negative and on preventative. She sleeps all night in her crate and is house trained. Due to Violet's rough start in life she will need a family with patience, allowing her to bond in her own time by giving her love, positive reinforcement and remembering that it's a journey not a race.. Once she gains your trust she's likely to cuddle like a baby with her people, play with her chew toys and will love going on walks. Her ideal home is one where the mom or dad work from home or part time and has a doggie friend to play with. She does okay with respectful cats, but does try to herd anything that moves faster than a walk whether it is other dogs, cats or humans both young and old. She sees any type of fowl as a chew toy so we reccomend a home without pet birds or chickens. A fenced yard and vet reference are required. We adopt in the DFW area only (within a 1 hour's drive from Terrell) as we deliver our pets to their new homes.

Sweet Dahlia is 4 months old and a typical happy and playful puppy. She currently weighs 25 pounds and is expected to be a medium/large dog in size. Best guess is Shepherd and maybe some Lab based on the size of her feet. She is almost fully vaccinated and will be spayed and microchipped when six months old. These costs are included in her adoption fee if performed at our vet in Terrell. Please remember that puppies require time, patience, positive reinforcements, training and lots of love! Dahlia is working on crate and house training, so a parent that works from home would be ideal. Important note: For safety reasons, we do not adopt unvaccinated puppies into apartments or condos due to the high risk of parvo.
