Story
Meet sweet Zephyr! Zephyr is currently available as a foster-to-adopt until his neuter appointment.Zephyr is a sweet puppy who`s looking for a family of his very own. He`s met other dogs, cats, and lots of people and has been doing very well. He`s currently in a foster home where he`s working on his potty-training and basic manners. His foster has found out he does well in a kennel and has no complaints about taking a nap in there! Zephyr loves toys, especially stuffies, and playing with both people and other dogs. Zephyr is a curious little guy who wants to explore and have lots of new experiences with his future family. Please note: - Our website (www.neenahanimalshelter.org) is updated in real time, so we are accepting applications for all animals that are currently listed. - Applications can be downloaded from our website. (http://neenahanimalshelter.org/how-to-adopt.html) - Our shelter has open visiting hours for cats, however pre-approved application are needed prior to an adoption. Appointments may be scheduled with an approved application as well, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate same day adoptions. - Approved applications are required prior to meeting any of our dogs.**Kittens are required to be adopted in pairs, unless there already is a cat in the home. If the cat in the home is 10 years or older, this two-kitten policy will apply.

Story
Myah`s history is a bit of a mystery. She came in as a stray with a microchip, but we found her former owner had passed away. Before that happened, he re-homed her with friends, but we can`t find them. She spent some time in an adoptive home, but is again available for adoption because she was not a good fit for a busy neighborhood. She is very sweet and house trained. We had ACL surgery done on both of her back legs. She is on an inexpensive medication due to some urinary incontinence and will come with a good supply of it..Because we think she is part husky, a nice, fenced yard is preferable. Myah does have a very strong prey drive, and therefore, must go to a home with no other small dogs or cats/small mammals. She is very friendly with people!

Story
Female, spayed, housebroken, shots up-to-date, 7-year old German Shepherd seeks home with people who don’t travel for work. Cici is an amazing dog, but since taking a new job, her owner is looking for the right family who won’t have to board her every other week (sometimes for 10+ days in a row). Cici is affectionate, playful, energetic, gets along great with other dogs and cats, is good on a leash, and will get constant compliments when walked. No illnesses or medication required, other than the standard heartworm and flea/tick meds. Cici weighs approximately 75 lbs, and eats 2 cups of kibble, twice per day. Due to her size/playfulness, she’s probably not a good fit for families with infants/toddlers or young elementary, but does great with preteens and older, and would do best in a home with a fenced yard where she can run around freely. She is an excellent “alerter/protector” of your property, both inside and outside. Reach out for a meet-and-greet. She is a wonderful dog!

Foster location: Appleton  Application & Website: https://www.ourpackanimalrescue.com/adoption.html Bio: Introducing Bristol, who made her journey from Alabama for a fresh start to her young life! Bristol was picked up as a stray, with a nasty case of mange leaving her bald and incredibly uncomfortable. Thankfully she landed with a great group in Alabama that helped her start her path to recovery.  While she still has some bald spots, she is looking and feeling so much better. This is one happy go lucky girl, who clicks quickly with her person. Though just listed as a mix breed, As her ears may indicate, the sheppy personality is strong in this one!  She is very alert, very smart, enjoys watching everything in the neighborhood, or catching leaves. An active home that knows the importance of training will have one remarkable girl in their life! Our Pack Animal Rescue,  Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved. An approved application does not mean you must adopt the dog of interest, if it isn't a good fit.November 24, 2025, 9:26 am

Leroy is quite the big puppy. He's very playful, loves car rides and knows many tricks!!! He knows sit, shake, come, down and more. He enjoys kids and has done very well with all ages. He is calm in his crate, is noted to be housetrained and takes treats gentle. Because he loves to play, he would do well with another dog that enjoy playing too. He would also be the most loyal only dog as well!November 29, 2025, 4:51 pm
