Molly P is an adult GSP who clearly had people in her life in the past as she comes to us with all of the signs of being a spoiled lady. Molly P weighs a sturdy 85 lbs now and is aware (well maybe not really) that some of the green bean diet needs to be heading her way as well as regular walks and exercise. Molly P is a refined lady who likes the creature comforts of home life and is tidy, always keeping her crate clean, as well as easy peasy when it comes to getting along with dogs and people alike. She, and all of her white and brown speckles, is eagerly awaiting her chance at landing in a home that will spoil her, love her, and make her part of the family.

She is not a country singer but she IS a gorgeous gal waiting to find her perfect peeps and live an idyllic life of comfort. Dolly P is an adult GSP who weighs about 59 lbs full grown and has clearly had some love and care in her life though we don't know the details of how she ended up at Saving Grace. That being said Dolly P is looking for her new Dollywood to settle in, find lots of friends and live the life of luxury. Dolly P does great with other dogs and has lived with them all of her life so may find some comfort in company. She has a nice medium energy level and would be happy with a life that involves walks and socialization but probably isn't interested in becoming a jogging partner. She is a pretty gal looking for a pretty good life with you!

1. Where did you acquire your pet? I aquired Lucille in fayetteville, NC when she was 8 years old. I have had her for one year. 2. How old is your pet? Lucille is 9 yrs old. 3. What are you looking for in a new home? For Lucille’s new home she requires a yard (fenced). She is in her older age so she requires little to no activity. She needs a loving owner. She also cannot be crated for long periods of time due to her age, she has her accidents in the crate or when unsupervised inside the home for too long. However, she does become very vocal when she needs to use the bathroom. She drinks ALOT of water so she needs a big water bowl. 4. What adjectives would you use to describe your pet? No single word can describe Lucille. She loves to snuggle in bed and is very calm (I’m guessing because she’s seen enough of the world). Lucille does love to dig holes and chase squirells. She gets along with other dogs but it she prefers to relax instead of play.

Buck joined our family when he was one year old; he is now two years old and has been neutered. We also have a 13-year-old Miniature Schnauzer, and he gets along very well with her. Buck is not trained for hunting; he is a young dog who needs a good handler. My husband bought him because he had previously owned a GSP. A few weeks ago, my husband was hospitalized and underwent surgery on his ankle and right wrist. Buck is a high-energy dog who needs exercise to burn off that energy. He is very intelligent, sleeps indoors, and gets along well with other dogs, though he can be a bit shy at first. He wears a collar that reminds him not to get into trouble, although my husband dislikes using it. I have taken him on three-mile runs, and he has adapted well to the leash. Both my husband and I agree that Buck needs an experienced family to care for him and train him properly.
