Story
1 year old Golden/Pyrenees/Staffie mixPatch is a 1 year old Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix looking for his forever home. His owners got him as a very young puppy, but didn’t know at the time that Patch was going to grow up and like to go after the neighbor’s chickens. They share that he is super sweet with humans, but just doesn’t care for livestock so he would be better off living in the suburbs. Please send us your phone number if you would love to hear more about Patch. November 30, 2025, 6:55 am

Story
&#226&#156&#168 Meet Jasper – A Gentle Soul Looking for His Perfect Home &#226&#156&#168 Handsome, happy, and oh-so-lovable, Jasper is a 2 ½-year-old Goldendoodle (born 1/25/22) who weighs about 50 pounds. Raised from a puppy by his current family, Jasper has been deeply loved, but as life has grown busier and noisier around him, he’s shown us that what he truly craves is peace, calm, and a more serene environment. Jasper is a wonderful boy who loves the simple joys of life—long walks on leash, fun play sessions at the dog park, and spending time with his people. He’s great with other dogs, both at home and out in social settings, and would likely thrive with a friendly canine companion to share his days with.   What Jasper needs most is a quieter household, ideally an adult home or one with older teens, where he can relax without constant sudden noises or stress. Inside, he’s housetrained, well-mannered, and happiest in a calm space where he can simply enjoy being with his humans. Outside, he’s active, playful, and always ready for a little adventure. Jasper is already an exceptional dog—he just needs the right home to let his gentle, loving nature shine.   If you think you can give Jasper the peaceful life he deserves, please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com. He’s ready to become someone’s loyal, loving best friend.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comNovember 15, 2025, 8:28 pm

Story
Available for adoption! Good morning, Hal, here. I want to share with you my experience which has prepared me for a loving family and I hope if you are reading this you will feel compelled to consider adopting me! I heard my owner say it would be kinder to surrender me to the shelter. My question was kinder to whom! Luckily for me (and my fursister with the same condition) I heard that Ming's assistant was going to bring us north and work with us to help us recover what ever control might be possible. She took us to a specialist who said we suffered from neurological issues but that there was no conventional treatment. But that was not the end of our quest for help as we got remedies from the Homeopath and Ming's assistant would hold us close to comfort us and make it possible for us to eat the chicken & rice meals she prepared. The road to recovery was long but the unending support of Ming & his assistant continued. I am happy to report that our issues are nearly resolved. So if you have room in your heart & home for an awesome, precious boy please send an email to the Rescue (WOW.Rescue@yahoo.com) for information & an application. The unconditional love I will give you will be a great blessing! PS. Ming says I would be fine to be adopted by myself as he has taught me to be independent and Ming is always right. Story
Loui Robinson is currently in RI and looking for a 'furever' home! Our guess is Loui is possibly a golden retriever & Great Pyrenees mix. He is a giant puppy and still growing. He’s 100% adorable and 100% puppy. He will definitely need training with puppy behaviors like counter surfing, leash walking and chewing. It will be best if Loui does not go to a home with small children as he doesn’t know his size and will knock over little kiddos. If you’re looking for a handsome, supersized, goofy puppy Loui may be the guy for you. If you are interested in adopting this dog please complete the adoption application at www.rhodehomerescue.org/adoption-form to become a pre-approved adopter. Story
Yuki is a handsome Golden Retriever rescued from the Chinese meat trade thanks to Hope 4 Fur and the Andy Sabin Family Foundation. He’s shy at first but warms up quickly into a sweet, friendly, tail-wagging boy. Yuki walks nicely on leash, is polite with other dogs, and is even cat-curious in a gentle way. New places can make him a little nervous, but he settles with reassurance and soon shows his playful, happy side. He’s mostly house-trained and eager to learn. Yuki is looking for a patient, loving home that will help him continue building confidence. He has a big heart and an even bigger future ahead.
