Story
Meet Luna D, a beautiful Goldendoodle with the softest heart to match her fluffy curls.Luna was adopted as a puppy, but as she grew, her family decided she was “too big” for the house and began keeping her outdoors day and night. Thankfully, a kind rescuer stepped in and offered her something she’d been missing —safety, comfort, and love. Now in foster care, Luna is truly blossoming. She’s incredibly sweet and affectionate, often wandering over to her foster mom just to rest her head on her chest, soaking up every bit of closeness she can get. It’s clear she’s deeply grateful for a second chance at the life she deserves.Luna can live with another dog, though she does enjoy having her special one-on-one time with her people and may get a little jealous if she has to share too much attention. She previously lived with children and did well, making her a lovely option for a family home. She is housetrained using a doggie door and is comfortable with a larger crate, especially since she was accustomed to a big kennel in the past. Luna would thrive in a home that welcomes her indoors as a true family member and cherishes her loving, loyal nature. If you’re looking for a large, adorable, and devoted companion to share your life and your heart, Luna D is ready to be that girl.Name: Luna DBreed: Golden Retriever/PoodleSex: FemaleAge: 3 years (estimated)Weight: 73.5Spayed/Neutered: YesVaccinations: Up to dateHeartworm: Negative on recent testingMicrochipped: YesBASED ON OUR OBSERVATIONS:Good with Children: YesGood with Dogs: YesGood with Cats: UnknownAdoption Fee: $550.00 (includes transport fee when applicable)Location of dog currently: MississippiIMPORTANT INFORMATION - Paws New England is a foster-based rescue; our dogs reside in various locations throughout the south & New England.
