Spud was born on November 7,2025. He is a mixed breed Pitt/Retriever. He is excellent with children and other dogs. He is allergic to cats. He walks on a leash. He is almost house trained needs a little more work in that department. Unfortunately I am having to rehome him due to unseen changes in our work schedules. Story
Mirabel is a 2 yo female Poodle mix. She weighs about 45lbs. The vet thinks from exams and x-rays that her gait is caused by a birth defect where her pelvis is twisted. She doesn’t appear to be in any pain and gets around well. She’s a sweet girl who’s looking for a forever home. Adoption donation- $400May 8, 2026, 6:41 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Adoption PendingVelma had a rough start in life, but don’t let that fool you — this girl is happy, sweet, and full of love. She’s discovering the comfort of living inside a home, and she’s soaking it all in. While she can be unsure at first, her gentle nature shines through quickly. At just 5 months old, Velma has plenty of puppy energy and would thrive with an active family. She has always felt more comfortable with dogs than humans, so she’ll do best in a home with at least one friendly canine companion to help her continue building confidence. Because she is part Great Pyrenees, Velma requires a securely fenced yard that is physically attached to the home. Velma already weighs 41 pounds and is expected to grow into a true giant — likely over 100 pounds as an adult. Giant‑breed lovers only for this girl. She’s working hard on house manners and potty training, but due to her future size and enthusiasm, she is not suited for homes with children under 8. She loves being part of a pack, does well with other dogs and older kids, and requires regular grooming. Velma is up to date on vaccinations, will be microchipped before adoption, and will be spayed when age‑appropriate.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 9, 2026, 12:42 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Daphne is a 5‑month‑old puppy who’s learning what love and indoor life are all about. She starts off shy but warms up quickly once she feels safe. She’s energetic, playful, and happiest when she has another dog by her side — she’s had far better experiences with dogs than humans so far. Due to her breed, she’ll need a securely fenced-in yard, a fence that is attached to the home for her to run and play safely.  Already 35 pounds, Daphne is expected to grow into a 100‑pound giant, so giant‑breed fans, this girl is for you. She’s working on house manners and potty training, and because of her future size, she needs a home with no kids under 8. Daphne loves being part of a pack, does great with other dogs and older kids, and requires regular grooming. She’s vaccinated, will be microchipped before adoption, and will be spayed when she’s old enough. This sweet, hopeful girl is ready for a family who will help her continue to grow in confidenceVisit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 9, 2026, 12:42 pm

Story
We advise all adopters to expect the 3-3-3 rule as a general guideline for introducing a pet to the home: 3 days to decompress (will show nervousness, hiding, reduced appetite), 3 weeks to settle into a routine (beginning to explore and showing personality), and 3 months to build trust and feel fully comfortable in their new home. This period may be longer for shy or extremely scared animals. Minnie was returned to us after her owner tragically died. She was an outdoor dog and still loves the freedom of being outside. Despite being 8 years old, Minnie is a high energy, active girl who wants attention and likes routine.
