Story
Hey there! I`m Flint, and as the holiday season approaches, I`m dreaming of finding my forever family to share cozy winter moments with. I might seem a bit shy at first, but I promise I`m a gentle soul who loves soft pets and quiet cuddles. My tail might not wag wildly, but when I start to feel comfortable, you`ll see my sweet personality shine through. This holiday season, I`m hoping to find a patient and loving home where I can be your loyal companion. I may have had a rough start as a stray, but I`m ready to create warm memories with someone who understands that sometimes the quietest hearts have the most love to give. I`m looking for a calm household where I can lean into pets, enjoy peaceful moments, and become your faithful friend through all of life`s seasons.I am full grown at ~42lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Wake County Animal Center where I came in as a stray. ~My adoption fee is waived thanks to a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization.~

Story
We brought Mocha home three years ago from a farm in Iowa. While the other puppies hid, he came straight to us. He’s playful, loving, and always wants to be near his people. He enjoys being outside, going for walks, and getting lots of cuddles. He isn’t afraid of much—just the blow dryer at grooming. He grazes throughout the day, and he’ll follow you like a shadow. If my son and I are talking or laughing, he runs over to be part of it. Rehoming him is a very hard decision, but our schedules have changed, and we’re moving to a smaller home with no yard. He’s been having more accidents, and as a first-time dog owner, I’m unsure how to retrain him without outdoor space. He also seems lonely; when we’ve watched my sister’s dog, he lights up and loves the companionship. Mocha is smart and will learn quickly with the right support. Our only request is that if his new family can’t keep him in the future, they contact us first—we will always take him back.

Story
Don't be fooled...this serious "come hither" face is all an act as he may be thinking hard about his next chess game but Bishop is all about fun and games and is silly, goofy and sweet all mixed into the best board game you could have in your house. Bishop is a stunning fawn color lab mix who is an adult weighing in at about 42 lbs full grown. Bishop may have arrived a bit shy in new settings, but he has settled in wonderfully and is loving life as a doggo playmate, human bestie and overall sweetie. Bishop has a number of doggo friends in his play group and does wonderfully with them all so could easily join a home with other dogs. He has been on hikes with the hiking team and shows he is as active as he is snuggly so is ISO some peeps to keep him on the move regularly as well as snuggle and laze around in between. This young man, and his sexy face, is ready to win your heart. So clear out any schedule chess meet ups and come meet the best Bishop around!

Story
Me and my shadow! If you remember that song, you’ll know how nice it is to have a friend you can count on! True to his name, Shadow will be your constant companion, always ready to be at your feet or right by your side. Shadow is a young lab/retriever mix of around 35lbs with lots of growing left to do. Goofy and ready for fun, he can be a little nervous when meeting new friends, but he lets his gentle personality lead the way and has shown he even gets along with cats. Quite the gentleman. He’s a smart boy that picks up on new tricks quickly and loves being outside for all things. If you’re looking for an adventure buddy who equally loves a snooze session at your feet, come out to Saving Grace to meet Shadow.

Story
Broadcasting to all walks of life, all peeps in the adoption market and promising to be the best music to your ears in a while, Sirius is here and ready to bring CUTE to your day every day! Sirius is a young retrieve mix with the most expressive and adorable face and SO much fun to offer everyone. Sirius weighs about 25 lbs now with room to grow. He is tons of fun with people and other dogs and has been a quiet and well behaved boy who has already learned so much about crate training. Sirius will do best with regular activity as he is still quite young but can also chill with the best of them. He is suited for most homes and we dare anyone to be able to resist this face for long. A long battle we assure you! *Sleepover Feedback: "He rides well in the car, he laid down every car ride. During his stay, there were no accidents. He does great going out and using the bathroom in the grass. He does not like getting in the crate but once he is in the crate he does well. He slept in the crate both nights and slept throughout the night. Sirius loves to move and groove, likes to be rocked like a baby and loves ice cubes!" *Additional feedback: " Sirius was an absolute sweetheart! He seemed to lock into a routine really easily. He has lots of energy, making him a great walking/jogging buddy! He also did well cuddling up for some reading time! He has a very enthusiastic “sit” which was pretty adorable. **Hiking feedback: " Sirius was the BEST puppy on the trail this weekend! He is all puppy and all sweetness! He did great on the leash, he was sitting for treats by the end and took them very gently directly from my hand, he loved interacting with all the other dogs, and he always sat whenever cars drove by when we were walking on the road to/from the trail. He might have a very tiny part of kangaroo in him…he did like jumping / hopping around sometimes and LOVED hopping over logs on the trail".
