Story

Apricot is incredibly sweet, gentle, and loving. She loves cuddling, playing tug-of-war, exploring outside, and being close to her people. She is fully house-trained, knows her basic commands, and is a great listener (although she may jump when she gets excited to meet someone)After having a baby, we realized that Apricot is not comfortable in a home with young children and would be much happier in a calm, adult-only home. She has mild anxiety, but it is very manageable with a consistent routine and the right environment. She does not do well with lots of noise, a busy household, or being crated. She is currently on anxiety meds and will likely need to continue. Her ideal home would be with someone who is retired or works from home, lives in a single family home with a yard, and has some prior knowledge of dog anxiety (or willing to learn) She may also do well with another calm dog. She has so much love to give and will be an incredibly loyal friend!Must be located in Denver or neaby.
