He had been found as a stay in their small community. This beautiful big male is a player, doing great in the new foster home, with lots of new dog friends of all ages. He will enjoy an active lifestyle and needs a new family/owner who understands his breeding and energy level. Broadway's adoption fee is $350 to help cover the medical costs of getting ready for adoption. She enjoys the company of other dogs, does well with cats, and is kind and patient with children. She’s playful, affectionate, and surprisingly well-adjusted for all she’s been through. Meet Charlotte! 🐾 Charlotte is a beautiful one-year-old Great Dane who is still growing into her big paws—and her even bigger heart. This sweet girl is full of energy, love, and personality. She’s always happy to make new friends, whether they have two legs or four. Charlotte does great with other dogs and is good with cats, making her a wonderful fit for a multi-pet household. Found together with her brother Wilbur on a pig farm, Charlotte has been through a lot and is ready for her forever home. Found utterly emaciated, they were turned over to animal control and then to a humane society and finally to us. They were taking care of each other and keeping each other alive; thus the people that owned the pig farm gave them their names based on the beloved children's story, Charlotte's Web. Charlotte is fully house trained and is doing very well learning to walk on a leash. She’s eager to learn and improving every day with consistent guidance. While she has a playful, energetic side, she’s also incredibly affectionate and enjoys spending time with her people. She has done great with kids ages 12 and older. Although she hasn’t been tested with younger children yet, her sweet nature shines through, and she would do best in a home that understands her size and puppy-like energy as she continues to grow. If you’re looking for a loving, gentle giant in the making who will bring joy, fun, and plenty of cuddles into your home, Charlotte may be your perfect match!
