Story
A gentle giant with a goofy streak and a heart as big as his paws. Max is a stunning 2-year-old blue Great Dane who perfectly captures the classic Dane personality — affectionate, sweet, and happiest when he’s close to his people. He’s a true love-bug who believes leaning against you counts as quality bonding time. Like many young Danes, Max still has a playful side and occasionally breaks into the kind of joyful zoomies that only a giant dog can manage. Once the silliness passes, he’s just as happy lounging nearby and embracing his inner couch potato. Max is great with other dogs and very friendly with people. We’re not yet sure how he feels about cats. He will benefit from some basic obedience training, but he’s eager to please and very willing to learn. He’s been doing well with house training and sleeps comfortably in his crate overnight with a little treat encouragement. Max is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, and once that’s complete and he settles into his forever home, he’s expected to thrive. He doesn’t need a perfect home — just a loving one ready for a loyal, affectionate giant. Quick facts: • 2 years old • Blue Great Dane • Affectionate, playful, and loyal • Good with other dogs • Crate trained • Doing well with house training • Smart, trainable young dog • Currently receiving heartworm treatment The adoption fee for this dog is $425 which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. PetConnect Rescue cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. Story
My name is Norman! Im a 2.5 year old/125 lb. Harlequin Great Dane with a big heart. I love people - anyone who will give ear scratches and snuggles on the couch. If youve got a comfy spot, Ill happily keep it warm for you. My family rescued me from a shelter four months ago. Im house trained (no indoor surprises, promise!) and I walk nicely on my leash when I wear my harness. I try very hard to be a good gentleman, but I need some help: I am nervous around other dogs and cats, and I react when Im scared. Right now, I live in a small one-road community in a house with lots of windows and lots of other dogs and cats in the neighborhood - some who free roam and come into my yard! Its overwhelming for me, and I stay on alert more than Id like. My heart would really love a calmer home where I can walk, run, relax and feel safe. Id love a fenced in yard to run safely until my hearts content. My family loves me very much, but they want me to have a home where I can truly thrive.

Story
Meet Quinn (“Quinny Girl” or “Princess”) 🐾 Quinn is an adorable, big-hearted puppy with a playful and affectionate personality. She loves attention, cuddles, and being close to her people. Quinn enjoys walks but is just as happy lounging around and relaxing with her family. She’s a big puppy who thinks she’s about 10 pounds and will happily try to cuddle like a tiny lap dog! She also loves food and treats, which makes her easy to motivate and train. Overall Quinn is sweet, low-maintenance, and full of personality. Important: Quinn has a companion dog named Tye, and they have been living together. Our hope is to find a loving home that may be open to adopting them together, as they are very comfortable with one another. This has been a very difficult decision for our family, especially for our children, and we would feel much more peace knowing they can stay together.

Story
We got Orion in December of 2021. He was my dog and I loved him so much. He was a good sweet boy. Strong, and athletic, but also just wanted attention. He’s was such a kind soul through my pregnancy and supporting me when things got rocky. He’s been great with my daughter, mostly ignoring her when she was really small, and still doing the same now two years later. Sadly, a combination of human health concerns and changes in circumstances have led me to have re-home him. I wished I didn’t have to do this. He’s a great boy.
