His enthusiasm for people, playing, and hugging makes him a real "Mr. Personality." He enjoys attention and soft toys, brings joy and laughter to everyone he meets!Given his size and energy level,we reccomend a home without small children. A nice yard is a must. This will provide him with the space he needs to romp and play to his heart's content. Bogey needs to learn boundaries and personal space with other dogs and he would really benefit from a home that can provide him with training and guidance in socializing with his canine friends.Bogey's affectionate nature and goofball personality makes him a wonderful potential family member for the right household. It's clear that he just needs someone who understands his needs and breed, and is willing to provide the necessary guidance and training to ensure he thrives in a new home. Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
