Story
Hello thanks for stopping by our page! Guessing you want to know all about us so let’s dive right in! First things first is we are the perfect old ladies that get along with anyone and everything we meet! Were dog, cat, and kid friendly. We’re both fully potty trained and crate trained. It’s quite cute actually cause we both like to curl up into balls next to eachother in the same crate. We both know sit as well and am starting to learn other tricks with our foster. We are very very good and praise motivated which makes training a breeze. We also both love to please our owners. We are also leash trained and don’t pull at all and are great in the car making us the perfect to take along anywhere dogs. We love meeting new dogs and would be awesome dog park dogs! We love to play and are great at meeting dogs and we become instant friends. Cats are great too and we currently live with one but we tend to just ignore them since they don’t like to play. Our foster says we’re like two pees in a pod and share the same brain cell but it’s cute due to our big size difference. Soka is definitely the leader out of the two of us and nala always looks to her when she need comfort or reassurance. We would thrive in any home as long as they take us on our daily walks and give us lots of cuddles. We are low to medium energy dogs so would be great for an older couple or people with kids. Story
I don’t know about you but I am a total sucker for the black senior dogs and Crusier Dan is the best kind to have! He is by far the happiest go lucky guy you will ever meet. My heart melts for him! You should see the way he turns into a puppy when he is playing with toys. It’s the cutest thing ever and he’ll try to fit as many as he can in his mouth. He gets to giddy and does this little happy dance that makes you instantly smile. Watch his video here: https://youtu.be/o2DzJEKbGNM Cruiser Dan is a Great Dane Lab mix approximately 7 years old and currently weighs 58 lbs and is fully grown. He is a rescue dog and with any rescue, it’s always a mystery and we cannot guarantee the breed or age. Cruiser is an older guy but still has so much life to live. He loves to explore and would love to join you on adventures and would even be up for a leisurely hike in the mountains, go with you camping, or even just a nice stroll in the park. He’d be happy with any of it. He is medium to low energy and will not require a whole lot of exercise. Cruiser Dan would be best placed in home with a backyard where he can explore the backyard, take in the fresh air and sunbathe. He loves to be outdoors and outside. He is dog friendly and was very tolerant of every dog we introduced him to. He had dogs jumping all over him, playful dogs running around him, and he did great with every single one. He is so tolerant and could really be placed anywhere but I see him more in a home with other calmer dogs like him and would do best with that. Cruiser also did really well during the cat test, he was very avoidant of them and was more interested in playing with his toys and being around people. For an older guy who probably hasn’t had a whole lot of experience just being a dog he picks up on things so fast. Cruiser Dan walks well on leash making him the perfect walking buddy companion and to our knowledge he is crate trained and potty trained. We are willing to test Cruiser Dan with anything you need us to in order to ensure it’s the perfect match for you! We can make anything happen! Just let us know. Story
Douglas is a sweet 2 yr old Great Dane mix looking for a very special home. His owner had to move cross country due to an emergency, and he is in the care of a friend who loves him but cannot keep him due to his size and his needs. It’s important to note that he has previously exhibited reactive behaviors towards other dogs or people, so he needs a home that is willing to work with him. Currently he is improving! He is goofy, sweet, intelligent, cuddly and energetic. He smart & can be prone to boredom behaviors, so he would do well with lots of activity. He can be a great hiking companion but is also content to nap beside you; he needs intellectual stimulation like puzzles and tasks more than he needs to get tired out with walks. His perfect owner would be an experienced owner of large breed & reactive dogs, who has a lot of time & patience to dedicate to him, ideally home a lot Maybe you have land where he can run. He should be the only dog, at least for now. No kids please.

Story
*Currently fostered in HOUSTON TX but is available for out of state adoption via rescue transport. Provide a zoom call for you to virtually meet prior to adoption This cuddly, happy go lucky puppy has a pretty sad origin story. He was spotted on the side of the road, leashed to a crate, with all of his items inside. His toys, bed, a bag of food and water bowl all left there on the road side along with him. We were told about him from our family members who saw him as we went to lunch. When we finished a half hour later, we went to check it out and found only a pile of food and some scraps from the bag, and a bowl of water. Clearly thinking someone had come by and picked up, only to see him standing nearby, panting from the heat. Someone had stolen all his items, but left him behind AGAIN! We couldn't just leave him behind after that. So, meet Sokka! This sweet baby is just a cuddle boy looking for a home to call his own! So far, he is loving, well mannered, and super friendly. He likes other dogs, and has met large and small and been great. He clearly hasn't had much interactions with cats, but is respectful and quick to learn so socialization should lead to a healthy friendship! He also has spent time with children and absolutely adores them! So a family home would do great for Sokka! Sokka loves to play and is always ready to have some fun. He doesn't have a favorite toy, because he loves them all! He will even play with sticks if there isn't one around and loves to play fetch! Sokka is all about his people and if he has the choice will stick by their side through any adventure. Though he is just a puppy, he is already learning his basic obedience. He knows how to sit, and to settle when he's being too hyper. He also is fully crate trained and when we tell him it's time to sleep or eat, we say kennel up and he goes to his crate. He is also leash trained and about 90% housebroken! Sokka is fully vetted, meaning he is current on vaccinations, neutered, microchipped, and on monthly flea, tick and heartworm prevention. Story
My name is Javi. I am a big, solid, handsome boy! I was being surrendered to a high kill shelter with my sisters when I was saved at the last second...in the parking lot....before we entered the pound :) Now THAT is a RESCUE STORY!!! I am a BIG boy with a soft heart. I love to snuggle and get love from all the dogs in my foster home. I am a little slower to cuddle with my people until I know you are MY people! I am still shyer than my sisters from our ruff beginning. However, I have been working hard to learn to love and trust like sissies and am ready for YOU!! I especially love the tiny one who doesn't get that I'm just a giant teddy bear. I have the most adorable eyes and get so excited for treats, in fact kids are my FAVORITE :) Have you ever tasted their fingers?? Chicken nuggets and Cheerios ALL DAY LONG!! but I digress..... I want my furever family, little ones included and so if you like BIG BIG DOGS, APPLY!!! I am going to be WELL over 100# so must love BIG MUTTS! Some basic information about Javi; he is male, Great Dane/ Labrador Retriever mix, and is expected to be extra large sized, 100+ when fully grown. I am smart and sweet and will be great with another dog to play with, a confident and social dog will help me be social too. Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)
