Lucy is a stunning stray I took in during a storm but she has been living in some bushes for over a week when I finally got her to come with me. I am having her spayed and getting her up to date with shots but I can not keep her and would love her to go to a loving home. Currently think she’s under a year and will update after next vet appointment. She would benefit from and experienced pet owner or foster who can be home with her as she is unfamiliar with being in a house on her own and I’m working on potty training her. She’s so sweet and is loving sleeping indoors rather than in the bushes. She has been great with my dogs as well. Hope someone can give her the loving home she needs.

He is still young (1.5 years), so he is hyper at times and likes to jump around. He is a smart dog, with some attention, training and the ability to run a little bit, he will thrive. He is very loyal to us, but it takes him a minute to get comfortable around strangers. He has a deep bark, so no one will want to break into your home, but he has never bitten or been aggressive towards anyone. He loves to play fetch and tug-a-war. This is Kronk. He is a 16 months old Great Dane. Currently with his family in Taylor TX. His family is struggle financially and they can no longer afford his vet care, so he needs a new home. This is what his owner said: “Kronk is big, playful, curious, and energetic. He loves to run around and loves tug of war. He is easily startled and anxious, so he will run to you for protection and affection all the time. He loves food, with carrots, cheese, and dried liver being his favorite snacks.” Kronk is neutered and up to date on vaccinations. He currently has Demodex Mange and needs to be on meds to treat it. Meet Hopper! Just like his "Stranger Things" namesake, Hopper can be slower to give his trust, but he is profoundly loyal to those that are close to him, a guardian at his core, maybe even from Demogorgons and Mind Flayers. We estimate Hopper to be about 5 years old. He strikes us as mostly Anatolian Shepherd, possibly mixed with German Shepherd or Akita, but that's just our lucky guess! Hopper came to the shelter as a stray, so not much is known about his past. Since being at the shelter, we have found that he is highly treat motivated, and has some pretty spectacular skills when it comes to catching them, even at rapid fire speed! It's quite impressive! Based on our interactions with him, we feel Hopper would likely do best in a home without young children, and with an adopter who can offer him the patience he needs to acclimate to a new environment.
