Meet Duckie!At roughly 11–12 weeks old, Duckie is softer than soft and as sweet as they come. He’s your classic puppy—playful, curious, and always ready for fun—so he’ll thrive in a home that can offer lots of stimulation, socialization, and playtime.Duckie came into rescue when his owners could no longer care for him. He arrived with what appeared to be bilateral eye abrasions, and unfortunately his right eye had ruptured and needed to be removed. His left eye, however, is doing wonderfully—he tracks toys, navigates like a champ, and currently just needs some eye drops. We’re not sure if that will be long-term, but at this time there’s no reason to believe it will be.His mom is a Great Pyrenees and his dad is some type of shepherd mix, and Duckie is the adorable result of their love story. We can’t promise what size he’ll grow into, but we’re guessing medium-ish.If you’re looking for a lovable little guy with a resilient spirit and the sweetest personality, don’t hesitate to apply for Duckie!
