Story
This is Willow. Someone said she was near death and needed to be picked up. It was right before holidays and I couldnt just let her sit there. I brought her home to save her life and now I need someone to give her a forever home. I feel like I was wrong for getting her knowing I couldn't care for her long term but I could not let her die. They said she is the runt and wouldn’t fight for her food. They said she is about 6 months. They also said mom was hit by a car and passed when they were younger. They said the mom was a Great Dane mastiff mid and dad was great pyrenees. When they handed her to me it was horrible. She couldn’t walk. She smelled like a dead animal for days after being bathed several times. She has put on some weight and she loves to snuggle. She has been around children and a big dog and she is great. She is not food aggressive in anyway she does go poop and pee outside every time but still has accidents peeing. Text for more info! 2nd pick is when rescued

Story
I'm Dexter! I'm a Great Pyrenees, about five years old and was found as a stray near Whiteman AFB. I prefer to be the ONLY dog in the house as I get grumpy with other dogs. However, I LOVE people--all ages, men, women and children! I don't seem to mind cats...and LOVE treats!

Story
Ollie is a big, sweet guy. He'd really like to be part of a family again. At seven years old and 100+ pounds, Ollie isn't going to dash out your front door or try to run away, but he does enjoy car rides and hanging out with his people. He's good at being left alone inside while you're gone, too. Ollie is very respectful of his humans' things, and he isn't destructive. He knows to do his business outside, of course. If you'll allow it, Ollie sure would like to nap on the sofa every now and then. For the last 6.5 years of his life, Ollie lived indoors with his family, but now he's been sent to live outdoors on a farm. He's lonely, and it's cold out there. (Even though Ollie is part Great Pyrenees, he is absolutely not a livestock guardian dog; he has no training for that and has never done that type of work before.) Ollie is a house dog, a family dog, an indoor dog. Can you give Ollie the loving home he deserves? Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387 to find out more about him. He's in the Kansas City metro, but transport might be available to the right home.

Story
Working Towards Her Potential Meet Bella, a young soul with a heart as big as her stature! A country home that knows how to care for outdoor animals and sees them as part of their family is needed!  Must have proper shelter, fresh water etc.... No doubt once she bonds to you and learns his boundaries, she'll be your big love bug shadow. Bella was brought to a sheep farm as a very young puppy, she has not learned that livestock is not her playmates. However we have been allowing her in with 2 adult goats and around a horse. She has been calm with them. We will continue this so she can reach her Potential if it is meant to be she be a livestock girl with a loving family. She also be just a good family dog in home that has space. While Bella could be farm dog at heart, she is currently more of a "companion-in-training" when it comes to guarding. She hasn't yet learned the ropes of guarding sheep, goats, or calves, and would likely be too playful or uncertain to manage them on her own. However, she has all the right instincts! She would thrive in a home with another Great Pyrenees to mentor her and help her find her rhythm as a guardian. They took back to farm with her father and was doing great there with sheep. Back to own devices, alone, she was out playing scaring them again. With all this said, she would also make a good family dog that has plenty of room. She had been inside on occasion. She'd like the cold enjoy being outside a bit of time in winter and enjoy being inside in summer. She could be a wonder family dog as well. Young enough to bond while doing basic training. Let us know if you like to meet this special big boy, or have any questions. All our animals are spayed or neutered, heart-worm tested, micro-chipped, current with required shots and preventatives. Questions or interested contact us at Petslive03@gmail.com and we will respond in a timely manner.   ##2616585##
