Story
Due to some recent life circumstances [baby daughter has allergies], I need to re-home my 3-year old Great Pyrenees Orion [O-Ryan]. We rescued Orion when he was 5 days old, and have raised him since he was less than a pound. Orion is a good boy, very affectionate, loyal, stubborn, and cuddly, about 110lbs, is more active than an average Pyrenees, and so needs a large fenced yard and/or frequent walking. He loves to chew on raw beef femurs. He is neutered and he is mostly an indoors dog. Great Pyrenees bark a lot. He is NOT a security/attack dog, but will alert you if he hears something suspicious at night. Orion is great around kids and new people, but not cats and he plays rough with small dogs. Orion plays well with medium, and large dogs. Orion is not trained as a livestock guardian dog. Vaccines are up to date [October 2022] and Orion is in perfect health.

Story
Would YOU like a 100-pound cuddle bug that doesn't know what personal space means? This pyrenees/collie/aussie mix is Bo and he is looking for a human that wants a dog for a weighted blanket! Bo was rescued at about 4 months old after he was thrown from a moving car. He is about 4 years old now and we've discovered he needs a home with no other animals. He knows his worth and he knows he deserves all the attention. Bo just asks that you keep him away from the scary things out there - showers (terrifying, who the heck likes to go in there?!), skateboards (a taller human on wheels?! No way!), and bicycles (now the human is super speedy and on wheels?! Whoa.) Bo is a gentle giant and the biggest baby. If he isn't laying directly on top of you in bed, then you're playing tug of war together or chasing each other. He's not so crazy about people messing with his toys or food, so he's looking for an adult-only home, or one with older kids. Bo is all about his people! Story
Chevy calls shotgun on all car rides from now to infinity! Cool. Now that he's got that out of the way, he'd also like to let you know that he does not at all respect personal boundaries. See Photo Exhibit A. This big, lovable goof, a three-year-old Pyrenees/Labrador mix, loves to be with his people. While he can be a bit nervous with strangers and new environments (think "first-day-at-school jitters"), he's a sweet love bug and will be cuddling with you in no time! Chevy loves playing with his Giggle Ball (if you're not familiar, please do check it out on the Google), which may or may not make you giggle, too. His zoomies are legendary and one of the most adorable things you'll ever see. He makes fast friends with most dogs and will be a fabulous playmate with your current pooch. Chevy even gets along with the kitties! Aside from some occasional counter surfing, this guy has excellent manners in the house. You'll quickly learn to push that bread allll the way back so Chevy doesn't have a little snacky snack while you're away. Or, Chevy is just fine with being confined to a room with a baby gate. He's not a baby gate or fence jumper, as it turns out. Chevy is pretty darned awesome, and we want him to find an equally awesome home. So if you think you're pretty awesome, don't have a lot of people coming and going, don't have kids around, and can give Chevy some time to settle into your routine, let us know. Call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387. Chevy is in the KC metro, but we will transport this beautiful boy to the right home. #thepetconnection
