When I first came to ODAS, I struggled a lot with anxiety and being overstimulated, but with the help of staff, fosters, and visitors I have really come out of my shell! Tug toys are my favorite thing and I love to romp around when I get the zoomies! Treats, pets, and praise are also great ways to befriend me. I have big feelings about trucks, but I'm working on it with some help from a dedicated staff member.

We think he's a Great Pyrenees mix, which means he's got some livestock guardian dog in him and explains why he might be a tad dog selective. Meet CJ! CJ came to us over 2 years ago from a kill shelter in Oklahoma. He was very scared and we helped him learn what love is. He was adopted for a while, but was recently returned for issues going potty in the house and being scared of men. His foster is a trainer and I working on these with him - he's doing great! He is very dog friendly and a big sweetheart who just wants to curl up next to his people. He's been dumped time and time again, each time harder than the last, and he wants to find his final Furever.
