Meet handsome Buddy, he is 7 years old.… Buddy is calm, and friendly. He is initially a tad nervous and would benefit from a family that has love and patience to give him. He is gentle with his treats and not very demanding of your time. Buddy came from a situation where his owner passed away - but even in life, Buddy was left to his own devices… he is now learning what it’s like to be part of a family, and enjoying the interactions. A calm home where he can be a couch potato would suit him just fine. Kids over 10-12 who know proper dog etiquette, Buddy would adore that. Buddy does need to make up for all the love he lost out on, so that’s only fair - we’re hopeful that in his later years we can find someone to offer him the loving companionship that he has been looking for.. Buddy will be an amazing addition to a family that gives him some time to come out of his shell and has a low key, calm household. He will be a super easy dog who would demand nothing more than a soft bed, two square meals and humans who love and adore her like he deserves. If you are interested in Meeting this wonderful boy.. please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue - thur www.swpapyr.org, or respond by e-mail - Buddy will LOVE you for it! We will also need you to fill out our adoption survey - Buddy will need an above ground fence for safe play and exercise. We are looking for homes in the surrounding Pittsburgh area. Meet Willow, a resilient 3-year-old Great Pyrenees with a story that will melt your heart. When she came to us, she was a stray in desperate need of care—severely underweight and craving love and tenderness. With patience and devotion, we’ve given Willow the time and nurturing she needed to heal, and she’s blossomed into the remarkable dog she is today. Willow is now healthy and thriving, up to date on all her vaccines (including Lyme), microchipped, and spayed. This sweet girl has a heart of gold. She’s incredibly loving, smart, curious, and eager to please. With her love of food (and belly rubs), she’ll happily follow you around the house, always hoping for a treat or a snuggle. Her playful personality shines in her enthusiasm for car rides and her joy in meeting new people. Willow is ready to find her forever family—a home where her sweet nature and gentle spirit will be cherished. She’ll need an above-ground fence to safely enjoy playtime and exercise. If you think Willow might be the perfect match for your family, please contact Sandy or The Great Pyrenees Club of Western Pennsylvania Rescue via www.swpapyr.org, or email. Don’t forget to complete our adoption survey. Willow’s journey has been one of resilience and love, and she’s ready to start her next chapter with a family who will adore her as much as we do. Could you be the one to give this beautiful girl the happy ending she deserves?

Meet Otto! Otto is a lovable Anatolian Shepherd mix around 4 years old and 72lb. This big boy is playful and energetic, making him the perfect companion for an active owner. Otto thrives on structure and is eager to learn! One of Otto’s adorable quirks is how he leans his head into your leg when he's looking for scratches. He’s always happy to be close, but even happier when he’s playing with you! Whether it’s running around the yard exploring or enjoying a scenic hike, Otto is always up for an adventure. He is potty trained and crate trained, but he could use some better leash manners. When the day's excitement comes to an end, Otto loves to curl up into a cozy ball, resembling the biggest cinnamon roll you’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for a goofy, loyal, and fun-loving companion who will keep you laughing, Otto is your guy!
