Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This sweet, timid girl is currently looking for a new home due to landlord issues. At just 8 months old, she is a Great Pyrenees mix who hasn’t had much socialization, so it may take her a little while to feel comfortable around new people. However, once she warms up to you, her loving personality truly shines. She will benefit from some training, especially since she can pull on the leash and is quite strong. Ideally, she would thrive in a home with a fenced yard or with someone who enjoys regular walks. Please keep in mind that potential adopters should live within an hour of the rescue. If you feel you could be the right match for her, please apply at www.furryfeetrescue.com. Your kindness could change her life!Kennel license 5890Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.Thank you for browsing Furry Feet Rescue.... Story
Have you ever seen cuter puppies than these Lab/Great Pyr mix babies?   Born on March 17th this litter of 12 pups, mostly girls , are now seeking homes to start a new life.   At 9 weeks these girls are only 10 pounds and very sweet.  Beautiful and well socialized, These pups were born to a mom who is 65 pounds and a version of a Great Pyr and something else.  She is solid white as well.       Our guess is that these pups will be the same size as mom and in the 55-65 pound range.   Critter Cavalry Rescue has started the process of giving all of their parvo distemper shots, series of 3 shots and they are being wormed and fed a healthy brand of puppy chow that will help them grow big and strong.  These puppies have been with young children in the original home they were born in.  This is how we can assure you that they are 'kid proof' and have been handled and hugged.  The momma Dog has been spayed as of 5/29 and she will never again have an accidental litter.   But these will be her legacy.  Momma Winnie is a soft, sweet girl with a loving temperament and easy going personality.  All of the puppies seem to take after her and we are very excited about placing them in the best homes possible over the next 4 weeks.    If you are interested, please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue  at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  Please let us know where you live.  We transport from Nashville, TN to the northeastern states as well as adopting locally in Tennessee.                    PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comMay 29, 2025, 10:36 pm

Story
Meet Ivy – A Gentle Spirit Waiting for Her ForeverBorn March 22 | 13 lbs (as of June 1) | Great Pyrenees/Lab Mix | Nashville, TN   There’s something incredibly special about Ivy—a softness, a quiet joy, a sense that she was made to be someone’s perfect companion. Born into a litter of twelve, Ivy is the daughter of a beautiful white Great Pyrenees/Lab mix mama, who passed down not just her snowy coat but also her calm, loving nature.   As of early June, Ivy weighs about 13 pounds and is expected to grow into a graceful 60-pound adult, just like her mom. She’s a fluffy little cloud right now, with fur so soft you won’t want to stop petting her—and she’ll be right there, belly up, soaking in every moment of affection. Ivy loves gentle play, curling up in the shade, and following you around with quiet curiosity. Her temperament is peaceful, her energy balanced, and her heart wide open.   Ivy leans more toward her Great Pyrenees roots—intuitive, sweet-natured, and eager to connect. She’s already showing signs of being a fast learner and a true people-pleaser. Whether you’re a family looking for a gentle pup to grow up with your children or a solo adopter seeking a steady, loving presence in your life, Ivy will meet you with loyalty, patience, and unconditional love.   She doesn’t need the spotlight—she just needs someone to see her for who she is: a soft soul with so much love to give. Imagine coming home to her quiet tail wags, her warm snuggles, and the peaceful comfort of knowing you’ve found your dog.   Ivy is being lovingly fostered in Nashville, Tennessee, and is available to homes in-state and in the Northeastern U.S. through our trusted weekend transport service.   If Ivy sounds like the one you’ve been waiting for, please email ccrtennessee@gmail.com to request an adoption form. Be sure to include your location so we can help guide you through the next steps.   There’s a home out there meant just for Ivy. Maybe it’s yours.   PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comJune 5, 2025, 9:18 pm

Story
Meet Junie May – A Ray of Puppy Sunshine Ready to Light Up Your Life! There are certain moments in life when your heart is ready for the joy, laughter, and yes, the little bit of chaos that comes with bringing a puppy home. Junie May is exactly the kind of puppy who makes every ounce of effort worth it. With her soft white coat, gentle eyes, and ever-curious spirit, Junie May is a showstopper—but it’s her loving nature that truly steals the show. Born on March 22 to a devoted Great Pyrenees/Lab mix mom, Junie May is one of twelve miracle puppies, all of whom beat the odds and thrived. Like her siblings, she’s a soft, snowy white with just a whisper of golden cream across her ears and back—nature’s subtle brushstrokes on an already perfect canvas. What makes Junie May extra special is her calm, easygoing temperament and her bright little mind. She's incredibly intuitive for such a young pup and is already learning so much from her loving foster mom. She watches, listens, and responds with that sweet, eager gaze that says, “Teach me—I want to be your best friend.” At just under three months old, she's soaking up the world around her and proving to be both affectionate and smart. Junie May is expected to grow into a beautiful 50–60 lb girl, full of love and loyalty. She will thrive in a home that has a fully fenced yard where she can safely explore, play, and grow into the confident companion she’s meant to be. Whether she’s chasing butterflies, snuggling in your lap, or watching you with those big puppy eyes as you talk to her, Junie May will bring light, love, and endless tail wags into your home. If you’re ready for a best friend who will make your heart swell every single day, email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and ask about adopting Junie May.
