Story
This dog is in Tennessee. Adoption Donation $200 if picked up in TN, $275 plus transport fee for out-of-state adoptions. Meet Oreo, a handsome, happy-go-lucky 4-year-old, 94 lb Great Pyrenees / Lab mix who brings the perfect blend of outdoor enthusiasm and indoor calm. Outside, Oreo loves to stretch his legs, run, play, and explore—whether he has playmates or is entertaining himself, a securely fenced in yard is a must for this big boy. Inside, he shifts gears into a much more relaxed companion who’s content to share the couch with you or another dog. He’s a big boy, so his joyful tail wags can be powerful, but they’re full of love. Oreo is a wonderful greeter and delights in welcoming you home with excitement and affection. He happily soaks up all the attention you’ll give and, if you let him, will gladly curl up beside you at night. He knows “no,” “down,” and “sit,” though sitting outside takes him a moment—he’s just so eager to enjoy the outdoors. He’s fully housetrained and crate-friendly, especially if he’s offered a chew toy; once he’s settled in, he naps contentedly. This lovable giant gets along beautifully with visitors of all sizes and is respectful of cats—he’s quickly learned that claws mean business. While not a watchdog, he makes up for it with his friendly charm. Oreo does pull on the leash and can get excited about chasing cars, wildlife, or ATVs, so he’ll benefit from continued guidance/training and safe spaces to run. Car rides aren’t his favorite yet, but with a seatbelt strap and reassurance, he manages just fine. Oreo would thrive in a country setting, a home with property, or an active household that can give him room to play and enjoy life. He’s incredibly sweet and gentle at heart, but due to his size and enthusiasm, he’d do best in a home without small children or elderly individuals who could be knocked over accidentally. If you’re looking for a big, affectionate companion with a playful spirit and a loving soul, Oreo is ready to fill your home with joy, tail wags, and warm snuggles. Meet this dog at Petco on Saturday, Feb 7th from 1-4 pm CST at Petco, 377 W. Jackson St #11 Cookeville, TN 38501.   Interested in adopting? Take the first step and complete an adoption application on our website: http://aarf-tn.com/adopt/adoption-apps/ If you have questions that are not covered in the profile, visit the Pet Inquiry Form: http://aarf-tn.com/contact/pet-inquiry-form/. THIS PET IS FOSTERED IN TENNESSEE! We do list and adopt our pets nationwide. Typical transport cost to the Northeast is $180. Due to interstate adoption regulations, we are not able to adopt to RI and MA state residents. A.A.R.F. (All About Rescue and Fixin' Inc.) http://aarf-tn.com/ is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) no kill animal rescue organization located in the Upper Cumberland area of Tennessee. A.A.R.F. is comprised of unpaid volunteers and survives only on public donations. Thank you for thinking adoption first! Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption. February 2, 2026, 3:30 pm

🍽️ Meet the Snack Pack! A litter of nine, 3‑month‑old Great Pyrenees/Rough Collie mixes who are as irresistible as their food‑themed names, and already weighing in at about 18–20 lbs each! These pups were surrendered from a Lancaster farm where the owner refused to alter his dogs, leading to unwanted litters. They arrived a bit shy, unsure of their new world but in just a short time, they’ve already shown us their sweet, gentle spirits. With our volunteers, their tails are wagging, their hearts are opening, and their confidence grows every day. Great Pyrenees and Rough Collies are smart, loyal, active working breeds, and these pups are no exception. They’re looking for families ready to involve them in all of life’s adventures - hikes, yard play, training, cuddles, and plenty of fun. With patience, structure, and love, they’ll blossom into devoted lifelong companions. And now… the menu! Boys: Tortilla, Frito, Cheeto, and Snyder Girls: Nutella, Taki, Churro, Nacho, and Cheez‑It Each one offers their own flavor of sweetness - whether you're craving something spicy like Taki, cheesy like Nacho, or a soft and fluffy treat like Tortilla. No matter who you pick, you’re getting a snack‑sized best friend guaranteed to fill your life with joy. If you're ready to bring home a pup who’s equal parts wholesome, hearty, and heart‑melting, the Snack Pack is waiting to meet you! 🐶✨ They will come with age appropriate vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Story
Meet Flora 🌸 Flora is a beautiful 4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with a gentle soul and a heart full of quiet hope. She is spayed and up to date on all vaccines and preventatives, ready to begin the next chapter of her life in a safe, loving home. Flora is very timid and shy, but beneath her soft, cautious nature is a dog who truly wants to blossom with patience, kindness, and consistency. She is currently underweight and has been shaved due to severe matting, so she has a long journey ahead as she regains her strength and her signature fluffy coat. A calm, understanding home will give her the time and space she needs to flourish. She does well with other dogs and cats, and would thrive in a home with respectful, older children who understand the importance of giving her space as she builds trust (12 and up please). Flora is known to jump fences, so for her safety she must be kept on a leash at all times and in a secure environment. Flora is currently being treated with an anxiety med and it should be continued in her new home under vet discretion. If you’re looking to open your heart to a sweet, sensitive girl who just needs someone to believe in her, Flora is ready to grow by your side. 💛 Before applying please take into account: Adopting a farm dog is life-changing, for you and them. For these dogs, everything is new and often overwhelming: people, houses, stairs, leashes, food bowls, collars, toys, TVs, ovens, doorways, pavement…the list goes on. They need adopters who can move slowly, be patient, keep expectations reasonable, and provide the understanding and tools they need to grow into happy, confident companions. Patience, positive reinforcement, and understanding are key! Kennel #9117 Sinking Spring, PA

Story
Meet Bruno 🤍 Bruno is a 3-year-old mini Bernedoodle with a gentle soul and a heart that’s learning how to trust. He is very timid and shy, so his perfect forever family will be patient, understanding, and committed to giving him the time he needs to feel safe. Bruno will need to be leashed at all times when outdoors. Because of his scared nature, he may try to flee if he feels overwhelmed—but the good news is that he actually does very well walking on a leash and finds comfort in routine and consistency. He is potty trained, though some regression is normal as he adjusts to a new home. Bruno is also crate trained and sees his crate as a safe space where he can retreat when he needs comfort or quiet time. While Bruno startles easily, once he warms up to his people, his sweet personality shines. He loves to lay right beside you on the couch—all day if you let him—quietly soaking in the safety of being near someone he trusts. Bruno has spent time with other dogs, and his foster family believes he would truly benefit from having a confident canine companion to help show him the ropes and boost his confidence. Bruno may not be the dog who rushes into your arms on day one—but for the family willing to go slow and never give up on him, he will be a loyal, loving companion who proves that trust is worth the wait. 🐶✨ He is up to date on all veterinary care and is currently being fostered in Lancaster , PA. Potential adopters must be willing to travel there to meet him. Please note that we do not do same-day adoptions—we believe in thoughtful matches to set everyone up for success. Please apply at www.zoeshouserescue.com Kennel license 9117 PO Box 2372 Reading PA 19608
