Story
Lionel originally came from a farm with Livestock Guardian Dog (LGD) parents. I took him in to give him some early obedience training before finding him a farm home of his own. Due to a death in my family, I have only been able to give him very basic commands such as: sit, wait (for food), come. He is incredibly smart and learns very quickly, but he will need to have firm training right away once he gets to his new home. He has had a number of visits to a farm with goats and poultry, and has done VERY well there. He has the right temperament to become a great LGD with the proper training. He would do best on a farm that already has an older, trained LDG that he can learn from. He is also a very sweet boy who will bond well with his family, and protect them in addition to the livestock.

Story
**Available for foster or adopt** Hey there big dog lovers! My name is Topaz and I'm told I'm just a big ole love bug. I prefer to be in a home with a CAT companion!  My foster mom says I am super sweet and oh so smart.  I have mastered the art of sit, down, wait and come.  I absolutely LOVE my people and cannot wait to see their faces every morning and when they return home at the end of each day.  I am crate trained and house trained as well...BONUS!  Although I am quite large, I am super gentle (besides my "thunder tail").  I live for belly rubs, but only those I really like, get to give me those.  I do very well on leash and in the car, so I'd likely enjoy going on some unique adventures with my people.  I'm hoping my forever home will have lots of love and attention to shower on me.  I think I'd like to be an only dog, but may not mind another calmer dog in the house.  I don't mind cats, even when they rub all over my face.  Little humans my size make me a bit nervous, but teenagers or pre-teens would be ok.  I'm am up-to-date on all my vaccines, spayed and microchipped.  My adoption fee is $100 locally or I can be transported for $350(includes health certificate and transport fee). Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.HW NegLily is a sweet, affectionate, smart girl ready for a loving, forever home after recovering from a hip surgery and a pelvis injury. Lily is expected to have a complete recovery after receiving great care from a fantastic veterinary medical team. Lily came to us after being being found by a Good Samaritan who couldn’t afford her surgical care after she jumped through the window of their vehicle which was the cause of Lily’s injury.  Did you notice Lily’s beautiful ginger colored freckles on her ears and face? She is absolutely beautiful and has a wonderful personality to match her good looks. Lily is potty trained and not fan of crates but respects baby gates to contain her as necessary. After all, at just over a year old she still has some puppy in her. This lady has a lot to say and is big talker adding to her adorable personality. Lily is curious, confident and loves people of all ages. When it comes to snuggles, she is happy to get all of the pets and cuddles she can.  Lily is wonderful floof with a shorter coat which is perfect for a family that that doesn’t want to worry with the daily and weekly grooming needed with a dog with longer fur. Lily also loves car rides and would be a great traveling companion but watch out for those windows!  To adopt Lily, submit an application to: www.greatpyreneesadvocatesoftexas.org (Texas adoptions only) Adoption Criteria (adult 1-8 years) 1.
