My name is Ted, but mostly my hooman calls me Big Guy. I'm maybe 3 years old. I wandered into my hoomans front yard trailing my leash, but a search near and far hasn't found my people. So here I am looking for a new forever home! I come mostly when called unless I am busy sniffing something I love in the big back yard; I also sit and shake on command. I'm very treat motivated and will sit and wait until told it's OK before gently taking the goodie from my person. I use the doggy door like a pro and love to get brushed and petted, often laying my head on my hoomans lap. I'm a great watch dog and protector of my person. I need a family to love me! Story
Phoenix came to us on mothers day when a neighbor witnessed him colapse in a field. We went to find him and due to all of the rain the fire department had to come help us get him safely across a 3 foot ditch of rushing water. Phoenix was so emaciated and anemic he could barely stand. It has now been several weeks and Phoenix has a new lease on life. He is outgoing and loves meeting his fans. He also loves his food and is ighly food motivated. We believe he is aproximately 5 years old. Phoenix is very loving with everyone. He is a curious boy who loves to patrol the yard and let you know if anything is out of place. ##1738260##

Story
Cotton was adopted out by us as a puppy and returned nearly a year later as his family had no time for him. They crated him for many hours at a time and as you may imagine, he is not a fan of crates! He has been at a great in a home boarding facility for months now and has accepted the family who takes care of him. He is wary of strangers and will take a while to adjust and warm up to a new family. Cotton is playful- he loves water and is protective of his "people". He will do great in a home where someone has time and patience to win his trust! He is just over a year old and deserves a wonderful life after his rough start. Cotton is playful when with other dogs who want to play. He knows not to interrupt conference calls and loves to settle down next to you when you're working from home. He also really enjoys being outside and being goofy. His ideal family would be an active family who will take him for hikes or to the dog park and who will love him. Cotton needs a bit of work on his walking on a leash but he is a smart guy and will learn quickly. He loves to be brushed and play in water! We're not 100% sure if he is potty trained as he spends a lot of time outside with his current foster in TX but it will be very easy to train him. Cotton is about 1 1/2 years old, fully vaccinated, microchipped and neutered. Because of his size and initial shyness, a home without little kids is preferred

Story
Andi is a total sweetheart. She is low key, VERY affectionate once she feels safe and with a bit of confidence will grow into a spectacular family member. She does great with all of the other dogs in her foster's home and is simply adorable! She is a gentle spirit - this girl is special! Andi does great on car rides and sleeps in her crate or doggie bed at night. She is dog friendly to small dogs, male dogs, and can be female selective like she did fine with a scared female husky but did not like a dominant female heeler. Cats are unknown as she has not been cat tested. She is friendly to all people. Her activity level is medium. She enjoys walks but also enjoys snuggles and cuddles. She walks well on a leash but is not trained off leash without a fenced back yard. She would be a good hiking partner. She knows sit, stay, come, walk on a leash, and off for not jumping on her humans. She is learning Down for lay down. She literally barks so rarely, her foster can count on one hand how many times she has barked since she has been her foster (3 months now). Andi is crate trained and house trained. She is not destructive inside or outside of her foster's home. She was heartworm positive but has been through all her treatments including heartworm injections and has sailed through them with no issues and no complications. She is on monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea and tick prevention. Andi is a 3 year old spayed female Great Pyrenees mix. She weighs 65lbs. She is up to date on all her shots. Her best home would be a family who loves to love her, exercises her, has a fenced yard (at least 6ft fence), and is home a lot - she just thrives on attention. She likes to give kisses and likes it when her humans talk with her. She is a gorgeous, sweet gal and has the most spectacular coat making her really stand out. She likes to roam but does not escape an intact fence. Any holes or missing boards or gates left open and she will get out but that is her instinct and breed. She does not actively try to escape. She is an absolute love looking for her forever Family!!! She is being fostered in Fort Worth, TX but can have her brought to the Houston area for adoption. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on her vaccinations.

Story
Meet Luna! Luna is a one year old Great Pyrenees recently surrendered to our rescue by a family who could not keep her due to severe allergies of one of the children. She is a very sweet and loving dog.Shes a bit fearful of new situations. We have only had her for a few days and she is coming our of her shell. She is getting along with the other dogs at the ranch both large and small. She appears to be housebroken. We are working on leash training as it seems foreign to her. She prefers to drop and roll for a good belly rub. This is an angel of a dog. Incredibly sweet temperament and medium sized for a Pyr probably no more than 60 ponds
