Tiny is a sweet gentle Great pyrenees - this breed are such wonderful dogs and companions. So sweet and loving. Good with other dogs and kids. We are working with him to be comfortable walking on a leash. He is a rescue so he didn't have a normal beginning, So we are trying to teach him what life should be like. He needs someone who has patience and will work with him so he can be comfortable being a normal dog.

Hey handsome! We just can't resist this guy's good looks and sweet temperament. Originally a resident horse barn 'farrier,' Boyfriend needed a little convincing to leave his working days behind him and join the good life. In all seriousness, a friend and veterinarian of SNIPSA found this guy living on his own and knew she had to help him. Luring him in with treats and sweet talk, Dr. D was able to bring him into our program for a proper vetting, neutering, and to receive the attention he deserved. He's been becoming a pet ever since! In fact, his foster reports: He goes into the kennel nicely, has had no accidents in the house, and walks well on a leash. She also adds that he gets along with the whole family, likes young kids, and does well with other dogs. He loves to be outside but enjoys the AC; when he’s hot, he will stand at the door and “ask” to come inside! His foster also mentioned that they are patiently working on how he misses the family when they are gone. They found that good exercise is a stress reliever for this guy! After all, what Great Pyrenees doesn't like to roam the great outdoors? While he has made tremendous strides in being a social, loving dog, he will need a patient owner willing to continue working with him to be the perfect Boyfriend.
