Story
Well hello, I’m Spot! I believe I got my name because of the brown spot on my eye which really sets me apart from the others! I can be shy, but once you show me it’s okay I`m the biggest baby! Now I might bark at you in my kennel, but that’s just my way of asking you to take me out. I love getting my zoomies out! When you hype me up I zoom all over the place as fast as I can go. Personally I like to imagine I`m a race car! I love treats and giving my human friends hugs! I am the most lovable boy so if my looks don’t catch your eye my personality sure will! Come say hi and see if my race car abilities, cuddles, and looks steal your heart!

Story
Twinkle, Twinkle, little rescue, did you know that someone would save you? Twinkles was facing a future that was anything but bright: Broken, battered, and terrified, this beauty had been slated for euthanasia at a local shelter. Believing that this big girl deserved a second chance, we took her in and began a journey to help her shine again. Twinkles was unable to bear weight on one of her hind legs due to (presumably) being hit by a car. We sent her over to our friends at South Texas Veterinary Surgery, who patiently performed x-rays and let us know that she would need a Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy to correct her injury. We proceeded with the surgery, and Twinkles is now on the mend in a loving foster home. There, she is learning to trust humans and enjoying the comforts of domestic living. Twinkles is only two years old, and while she is still quite young, she is fully grown. She also possesses the likeness and traits of the beloved Great Pyrenees breed. Great Pyrenees are jumbo-sized companions with soft hearts for their families. They are fast learners and loyal guardians, though they can be stubborn! Twinkles is making friends with the human and resident dogs in her new space and seems grateful for a fresh reality. Every day, she comes out of her shell a little bit more–We hope that one day, with the right family, she can become the confident, lovable companion she was always meant to be. If it’s written in the stars for you to complete Twinkle’s story, please place an application to meet her. She is the diamond in our sky.

Story
Philly is a beautiful, curious, and friendly dog who needs a loving home. This girl was surrendered from her previous living situation and, despite this recent transition, has shown us nothing but sweetness. Philly patiently sat through a thorough brushing, a nail trim, and her work-up at our clinic. Now, she is all prepped and primped to meet her new family! Philly is 91 pounds of Great Pyrenees realness: She possesses all the best traits of her breed. Not only is she a sight to behold, but she is also an easygoing, cuddly dog with a touch of independence. She loves meeting new people almost as much as she loves climbing up on the couch for a good snooze and belly rub. Philly has a lot of fur, which may require regular grooming or brushing to keep it looking fabulous. She would be most comfortable in a spacious home with older teens or adults. Philly also coexists perfectly with other dogs of all ages and energy levels! Find solace in this gentle cloud if you need a new best friend. Place an application to meet Philly today!

Story
Leesa is a senior southern gal, 9 years old, looking for a loving home! She is quiet, independent, and SO affectionate. She loves all people! Leesa will make a loyal companion to any family. Leesa is gentle and smart. She is dog friendly, but would do best as an only pet, or in a household with calm housemates. Her age only means she's an experienced dog, potty trained, leash trained, and knows exactly what it means to be part of a family! Reach out if you have any additional questions or would like to schedule a meet and greet!
