Story
Meet Maggie, a bright, affectionate, and eager-to-please young rescue dog who is ready to find her forever family. Just over a year old and weighing 65 pounds, Maggie is the perfect blend of youthful energy and eager intelligence. From the moment she arrived in her foster home, she impressed everyone with how quickly she learns. She already knows commands like sit, off, and leave it, and she loves showing off her skills for praise or treats. Maggie is also wonderfully adaptable. She took to using the doggie door within minutes, proving just how sharp and intuitive she is. Whether she’s exploring the yard, relaxing inside, or settling into her crate for rest time, Maggie handles transitions with ease and appreciates having predictable routines she can rely on. Social and gentle, Maggie gets along well with other dogs and enjoys having canine friends to play and interact with. She thrives in an environment where she can continue learning, bonding, and picking up new commands—training with her is not only easy but genuinely enjoyable thanks to how quickly she understands what’s being asked of her. Maggie does experience anxiety when left alone in the house, so she needs to be crated for her safety and comfort when unsupervised. She also becomes anxious during car rides, so at this time she is available only within Texas to avoid long transports that could overwhelm her. Maggie is a loving, intelligent companion who will blossom with a patient, committed family. She’s ready to bring joy, devotion, and her sweet spirit to a home that understands her needs and celebrates her wonderful strengths. Maggie is currently being fostered in a loving home in Seguin, TX, where she’s gaining confidence and practicing her manners every day. She can scale a short fence so a 6 foot fence or higher is recommended. To see more pictures and videos, copy and paste this link. Story
This is such a hard decision for us, but we want to do what's best for him. Our 5-year-old Cocker Spaniel/Great Pyrenees mix needs a new home. He has been our first "baby" but our toddler has become too overwhelming for him, and he's started to become reactive around small children. He deserves a calmer, more predictable environment where he can feel safe and loved. He has mellow large dog energy in a small dog's body. He is a very cuddly, loving, and loyal dog with an active, playful personality. He enjoys walks, attention, and being close to his people. He is fully house-trained, crate-trained, knows basic commands, and is up to date on all of his vaccines. He is not good with young children or cats, but he may do well with older, respectful kids or the right dog after a proper meet-and-greet. We are looking for a child-free home where he can have the stability, gentleness, and affection he truly thrives on. He will make a wonderful companion for the right person or family.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Bolt is waiting patiently for his forever home! Bolt is a 5 1/2 year old Great Pyrenees-Catahoula leopard dog mix. Bolt is a sweet and loyal companion, enjoys being in the yard when his foster mom gardens, and loves pets and attention. Bolt has a serious side, he barks when he perceives a threat (the UPS truck, mailman, etc) and a silly side, finding all sorts of random things to play with-he’d rather forage something around the house and cares less about dog toys. Bolt is super helpful around the house, he loves to help load the dishwasher, clean off the counters, and helps with the laundry by dragging clothes and towels from the laundry room outside in the rain, lol, he’s all about conservation! His new family should be sturdy as he can get spunky and want to play while doing zoomies around his people. He would love his own person/people to reciprocate his loyalty, someone who likes to relax and also find adventure. If you are looking for your “ride or die” dog, that’s Bolt, he is smart and eager to please. Bolt could get along with a female dog but would prefer to eat alone. Bolt is being fostered in Tacoma, WA and can be transported within WA and OR . All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  Adoption Fee: $175 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Transport Fee: none Transport fee includes the cost of transport plus the Health Certificate required for USDA approved transport. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  A note from Duke:  Hey there, I'm Duke!  A soft, loyal, slightly goofy guy looking for my forever home.  I'm happiest when I get to run, dig cozy holes to nap in, or go on sniffing adventures (my nose leads the way!).  I'm a bit of a climber too-fences don't slow me down much-so I'll need a safe, secure space to keep my exploring paws where they belong. I love food, toys, and finding the squeaker in every toy I meet.  Snacks and playtime are my two favorite things!  I also know basic commands and I'm a really good listener when you talk to me kindly-I'll even roll right over for belly rubs.  I get along great with dogs of all sizes (except one unneutered male who just rubbed me the wrong way) and I'm cat friendly too.  The truth is, I'm a gentle soul.  I get a little scared when voices are raised or there's sudden movement,  so I'd do best with someone who has a calm, patient energy. Leash walks are fun-unless there's something really interesting to smell, then I might tug a bit.  My fur is super soft, but when I get muddy (which I love), the dirt mysteriously ends up on the floor once it dries...can't imagine how that happens?!  Oh, and one more thing, I don't like the color red.  Don't ask me why, I just don't trust it.  If you've got a farm or plenty of room to roam, I'd be the happiest boy by your side.  I've got a big heart, a playful spirit, and I'm ready to love my person forever.  Love, Duke. Duke is in Snohomish and can be available within WA-OR. All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hello!  I'm Elton.  My foster mom calls me Elton Cheese and Crackers because I LOVE cheese!  I have to tell you, I had a pretty rough start in life. But now that I'm in my foster home I'm gaining confidence and learning how to be a dog!  My foster parents tell me that I'm doing good and learn very quickly.  They're impressed at how I've progressed, but I will still need someone with time and patience to continue working with me. I am crate trained, potty trained, walk well on a leash, and get along famously with my dog brother.  My foster parents are currently working with me on come here and sit.  Foster mom buys me all sorts of tasty snacks to encourage training.  I've also just learned how fun it is to have a Kong toy to play with!  Especially when they're filled with Cheerios!  I have ridden in vehicles and feel confident enough to jump out on my own but still need help getting in.  We're continuing to work on this.  I also love sleeping on my dog beds.  I am also now a master of the stairs in my foster home!  That one sure was scary to conquer.  I will need a playful medium to large dog in the home to help me continue to learn and enjoy all the things about being a dog. I'll admit that I don't even know yet how to play with a tug or squeaky toy.  Let's talk about outside, I LOVE being outside!  I find a spot by our big pine tree and sit and sniff the air or hang out on the deck when I'm not zooming.  I may be a little shy when I first meet you but it's nothing personal. I was not socialized for the first 10 months of my life. Foster parents are working on this with me too.  I meet people on our walks and am not afraid of them.  I hope you'd like to make me part of your family, I'm so excited to get to do all sorts of great dog things as I grow up!  All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations.  We do not adopt to families with children under the age of 6.  Adoption Fee: $275 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Story
Meet Clara Bow (aka Bowie)Hi, I’m Clara Bow, but my friends call me Bowie - because I’m full of star power and a little bit of sparkle! I’m a young, happy girl (about 70 lbs) who loves people, other dogs, and pretty much everything about life. I bring sunshine wherever I go.My Favorite ThingsI’m house-trained, love walks, car rides, and playing with my dog friends. I get along great with both dogs and cats (yep, I’m that well-rounded). During the day, I like to explore, play with toys, or hang out with my foster brother. At night, I’ll curl up next to you - I’m a world-class snuggler. My PersonalityI’ve got that fun, goofy, young dog energy, so I’m looking for a family who is able to spend time with me to play. Whether it's with walks, yard time, adventures (bars, coffee shops pet stores, and playing tug-of-war, or another dog, I love living life and exploring. I’m working on my commands and doing great, but I’m young, curious, and sometimes a little “mouthy” when I get excited (never aggressive - just young dog enthusiasm). A patient person that has experience with dogs would be great. I also think I'd be ok with a family that has older kids! I have experience with my foster mom's nieces and nephews who are really young, so that could work too but older kids will be better able to help train me :)My Quirks (aka My Charms)Like any dog who’s had to look out for herself, I really love food. Mealtime is the best part of my day, and sometimes I like to “help” by checking if you’ve dropped anything tasty when you're eating. I’ve also been known to “borrow” things around the house - socks, shoes, pens, you name it - just for fun and to see if they're edible. Everyone needs a hobby, right? What I’m Looking ForI’d love a forever home with someone who:Has experience with dogs is a must! Can spend time playing with meIdeally has another dog friend for me to romp around withPreferably has a house with a yard or works from home if they're in an apartment. Someone who can dedicate the first couple of weeks to making sure I know you're coming back.**I was adopted once before for just a day, but was returned. I got really scared when I found myself alone in a brand new apartment and without my dog friend. I barked a lot because I didn’t understand what was happening. My adopter worked in an office four days a week and lived in an apartment, so they were worried about that. I don't do this with my current family who has a house and a cat/dog, but if adopted I just need someone patient who understands that adjusting takes me a little time, but once I feel at home I become confident. If you’re looking for a loyal, funny, affectionate companion who’ll make every day brighter, I might just be your Bowie! Primary Color: White Weight: 72 Age: 1yrs 2mths 3wks
