Meet Cricket, a beautiful six-pound Havanese puppy born April 2, 2026, and rescued from the commercial pet trade. Cricket is an affectionate, playful little explorer who wakes up ready for adventure—and morning cuddles are nonnegotiable. She loves being picked up, giving kisses, playing with her foster siblings, and investigating everything happening around her. She plays until she collapses into a furry little puddle, naps, and then gets right back to the important business of being Cricket. Her daily mission is to inspect the toy box and determine whether anything new has appeared. She loves crinkle toys, stuffies, squeaky toys, chase, and tug. This clever girl has mastered the snuffle ball, is working on Level 2 and Level 3 puzzles, easily navigates stairs, and is learning “sit.” Cricket is making great progress with potty training. She generally goes outside when taken regularly and seeks out a potty pad when she cannot get outdoors. She does well with small, older, male, and female dogs and would enjoy having a similar-sized canine companion and playmate. Cricket has also done very well with a considerate eight-year-old. Ella is a tiny Havanese puppy born April 13, 2026, and currently weighs just 5.2 pounds. She was rescued from the commercial pet trade and has spent the past several weeks being cherished by a loving foster family while discovering everything life can offer a bright, curious puppy. Ella is playful, affectionate, intelligent, and hilariously confident. Despite being the smallest of her foster siblings, she happily takes on all challengers and frequently wins. When called, she prances or bounds toward her people with excitement, often with her tiny pink tongue peeking out. She loves small stuffies, crinkle toys, ball-pit adventures, snuffle mats, snuffle balls, and enrichment puzzles. Ella is already completing Level 2 and Level 3 puzzles and has mastered stairs. She is currently working on “sit.” When Ella is ready for affection, subtlety leaves the building. She rolls onto her back, lifts her tummy toward the nearest human, and waves her little paws in the air until somebody provides the requested service. She loves being picked up, gives kisses freely, and enjoys cuddling with her foster family. Ella is doing well with potty training. Meet Fletcher, an apricot-colored Yorkie/Bichon mix puppy born April 1, 2026. Rescued from the commercial pet trade, this tiny four-pound lovebug is discovering that life can be filled with backyard adventures, puzzle toys, warm laps, and people who adore him. Fletcher is gentle, affectionate, curious, intelligent, and wonderfully goofy. He loves puzzle feeders and solves them quickly, sometimes choosing them over a regular bowl of kibble. He also enjoys squeaky toys, balls, tunnels, paper towel rolls, little backyard twigs, and friendly games of tug with other dogs. At bedtime, he carries toys into his sleeping area—and his foster mom once found ten of them tucked beneath his blanket. Tiny puppy, substantial investment portfolio. His daily schedule alternates between joyful bouncing and serious cuddling. Fletcher comes when called, sleeps through the night in his crate, keeps his crate clean, and has learned to use the doggy door. He is not fully potty trained yet, so his adopter must be prepared to continue helping this young puppy learn. Fletcher gets along with dogs of different sizes and ages. He would likely thrive with another friendly dog or with a person or family able to spend plenty of time with him. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
