Story
Meet Rooster!Rooster is a 6-month-old Corgi/German Shepherd mix with the heart of a shepherd and the charm of a corgi—all in a compact, under-30-pound package! Rooster got his name due to his Shepard-like tail that is always in the air like a rooster and his speedy prance around the yard. This neutered boy is full of puppy joy. He loves to smile, give kisses- lots of kisses- and play all day—especially if there’s a chance to run in the rain!Rooster is crate trained and nearly potty trained. He’s dog-friendly and likely cat-friendly too (though he hasn’t been tested yet). He’s an outdoor-loving pup who would thrive with a family that enjoys hikes, walks, and hanging out in the fresh air.Because Rooster spent his first five months mostly in a crate and under fed, he’s a little food possessive right now. But at his young age, with consistent training and patience, this is something he can absolutely grow out of.He’s still learning some house manners, but Rooster is incredibly smart, eager to please, and very trainable. With the right guidance, he’ll be the perfect lifelong adventure buddy! Rooster was born in October 2024 and is being fostered in Texas. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc). Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). Story
Meet Ginger Spice! Born on February 4, 2025, this fiery little Husky mix is currently thriving in her Colorado foster home and getting ready to find a family of her own. When the Spice Girls first came to us, they were shy and unsure of the world around them. With time, patience, and lots of love, they’ve blossomed into playful, affectionate puppies full of personality—and Ginger has become the bold, snuggly star of the bunch. If you’re looking for a pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart, Ginger is your girl. She’s the first to dive into new adventures, always curious and excited to explore whatever the day brings. Whether she’s chasing toys, trying out a new trick, or charming everyone she meets, Ginger does everything with full enthusiasm—and plenty of tail wags. While she’s bold and spirited, Ginger is also the most snuggly of the group. After a day of play and excitement, she’s happiest curled up right next to her people, soaking up all the cuddles she can get. She’s affectionate, loving, and bonds deeply with those she trusts. Ginger is smart, playful, and thrives with positive training, daily exercise, and lots of attention. Like all the Spice Girls pups, she will grow into an active adult dog who will need consistency, enrichment, and time spent with her family. If you’re looking for a companion who brings sass, sparkle, and endless snuggles into your life, Ginger Spice is ready to steal your heart! Story
Meet Posh Spice! Born on February 4, 2025, this beautiful Husky mix is currently thriving in her Colorado foster home and getting ready to find her forever family. When the Spice Girls first came to us, they were shy and unsure of the world around them. With time, patience, and lots of love, they’ve blossomed into playful, snuggly puppies full of personality—and Posh has blossomed into the picture of quiet elegance with a playful twist. True to her name, Posh carries herself with a little extra grace and a whole lot of heart. She’s the most refined of the group, often sitting back to observe new situations before diving in. But don’t be fooled by her polished demeanor—once she’s comfortable, she’s just as silly and playful as her sisters, chasing toys, running in the yard, and showing off her goofy side. Posh thrives on routine and quickly picks up on structure, making her a great match for a home that appreciates a thoughtful, slightly more reserved pup. Once she bonds with you, she’s incredibly affectionate, often seeking out snuggles and quiet moments with her people. Like all of the Spice Girls pups, Posh will grow into an active adult dog who will need consistent training, daily exercise, and time spent with her family. She’s smart, observant, and full of potential—ready to blossom even more with the right family by her side. If you’re looking for a best friend who’s got beauty, brains, and just the right amount of sass, Posh Spice is ready to steal your heart!
