Story
Ricky was my son’s dog. My oldest son passed away and my youngest son has moved far away fro college. This is a great dog but I work full time and don’t have the energy or time to give him the love, attention and time he deserves. He is in his cage way too much and I know he could have a better life than what I can give him. My sons were able to provide that, but I can not. Ricky is super sweet and happy and loving and cuddly. I really want to find a great home for him.

Story
Gigi responds to commands of sit, down, come, fetch and spin.  You will be delighted watching her spin for a dried chicken treat!  She plays well with other dogs and grew up with a German Shepherd companion.  She’s a happy dog, rarely barks, and loves to be petted and cuddled.  Gigi loves to catch balls, treats and especially popcorn.Gigi is fully potty trained and will let you know when she needs to go with a push from her wet nose or taps on the door. She’s chill, while relaxing at home, but energized when playing fetch in the backyard. She loves to go for walks, but pulls very hard on the leash for the first few minutes.  For unknown reasons, she’s responds better on dirt paths hikes.  She will require someone who is patient with her, while leash training her.If you’re looking for a super affectionate companion, you will fall in love with my Gigi!

Story
Sprout is now 6 1/2 months old and weighs 45 lbs. This handsome boy is learning new things every day! He already knows sit, shake, and high five. Sprout loves toys and enjoys having other dog companions to play with. He will need another dog in his forever home. He sleeps through the night in his crate without any accidents and is making great progress with his house training. While he loves spending time outdoors, he’s also a big fan of cuddling up for a good lounge session on the couch. According to Wisdom Panel, Sprout is primarily Siberian Husky (41%), with Belgian Malinois (14%) and German Shepherd Dog (12%) in his mix. If you’d like to add Sprout to your family, applications can be submitted at www.rescuerowinc.org.*Due to his breed makeup, no apartments please. *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows (paid by cash or a check made out to Rescue Row): Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee  Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee  Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##2702523##
