Story
Nigel is a 5-year-old boy who recently joined Texas Husky Rescue. We're still getting to know this pup and learning about his personality, preferences, and needs. We do know that he is dog friendly and a good balance of husky energy and chill. Nigel is looking for either a foster home or a forever home. Fostering gives us valuable information about his personality and helps him decompress from his previous situation. It also helps us make the best possible match when the right adopter comes along. If you're interested in fostering or adopting Nigel and helping us learn more about this special pup, we'd love to hear from you!June 23, 2026, 1:00 pm

Story
Heidi is a playful, affectionate girl who’s full of love and personality! She greets everyone with enthusiasm — sometimes with a happy jump — and adores being close to her people, often following her foster mom from room to room. This food-motivated sweetheart loves to roughhouse with her foster sibling and can entertain herself for ages chewing on her favorite Kong toy. She’s great with other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful companion. Heidi hasn’t shown any interest in escaping the yard and is currently working on her crate and house training. She hasn’t been around kids or cats yet, but her loving, social nature suggests she’ll make a wonderful addition to a family willing to continue her training and give her all the affection she craves. With her joyful spirit and big heart, Heidi is ready to bring fun, love, and loyalty to her forever home.
