Mikka is a 7-month-old spayed female Corgi mix with a beautiful tan and dark brown coat and a heart that’s just waiting to feel safe. This sweet girl can be a little shy with new people at first, but with patience, kindness, and a few tasty treats, she blossoms into the most loving companion.Food and treats are definitely the way to Mikka’s heart! Once she trusts you, she’ll happily climb into your lap and smother you with kisses, proving just how affectionate she truly is. She also enjoys playing with stuffed toys and has a playful, puppy side that shines through as her confidence grows.Mikka is still learning her basic manners, including leash skills and commands, and she may feel unsure in new environments. She’ll do best with a family willing to go at her pace, offer gentle guidance, and celebrate her progress as she adjusts.When it comes to other dogs, Mikka can sometimes be a little bossy in a “I don’t want to share” kind of way—but not aggressive. Because of this, meet and greets are required if there are other dogs in the home to ensure a good fit.Mikka would do best in a home with older children who can understand and respect her boundaries. She is not recommended for homes with young children who may have difficulty reading her body language.If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate pup who just needs someone to believe in her, Mikka is ready for the perfect family to give her that chance. With love, patience, and treats, she’ll reward you with endless kisses and loyalty.
