Story
Hi! My name is Gennie. I'm a calm, sweet-natured girl who absolutely adores people. I've never had a home of my own before, but I think having one would be pretty awesome! I'm a huge love bug and will often paw at you for extra attention. I get along well with most dogs, though I prefer friends who respect my personal space and don't jump all over me. I haven't spent much time around cats, but I don't think they would bother me. I'm not much of a runner—I'm more of a couch potato most days, unless I get the zoomies! One thing you should know about me: if you're trying to put a slip lead on me, I might make you work for it a little. I'm surprisingly quick and can dodge it like a pro! It's not because I don't like walks—I LOVE walks. I just like to keep things interesting. Once we're on the move, I'm great on a leash. I don't really know many basic commands like "sit," but frankly, I think I'm already pretty perfect and don't see why I should have to sit for my food. I've become a bit of a fan favorite around here, so I'm looking for a home that will treat me like the little queen I am. Once you get to know me, you'll really see my personality shine. I'm goofy, a little awkward, and full of love. I'm spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all my vaccinations. Do I sound like I might be the perfect fit for your family?

In shelter, he has been friendly and engaging, quickly forming connections with familiar people and showing a soft, social side once comfortable. He is looking for experienced adopters who can provide a structured, low-stress environment and continue her training using positive reinforcement. With clear boundaries, consistency, and patience, he has the potential to thrive in the right home where he can enjoy a fresh start and stable routine.Cooper is a loveable little fellow that just needs a little extra support as he begins to settle in a new space. Cooper would love a home where he is the sole pet, as he loves to have all the attention on him! He would also love an adult only home to help him live his best, mature life. A home that can help Cooper work on all his best doggy manners with patience, love, and lots of treats would be ideal! Come say hi today!A little bit about Cooper:- Kids: No children in the home. EHS volunteer comment: "He is so lovely to walk and spend time with. Calm, friendly and well mannered. He is a clever boy and knows many commands. When I ask him for a shake-a-paw, he will offer me both paws. He enjoys human companionship and true to his husky nature, will let out a howl of happiness. His house training is wonderful.!"Shadow is a fun-loving, goofy boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He's known for making people laugh with his clumsy antics and playful spirit. Whether he's zooming around the yard or showing off his latest trick, Shadow brings joy wherever he goes. This smart pup is a fast learner and enjoys working with his people. He already knows several basic cues, including sit, down, drop it, and more. Shadow loves learning new things and would thrive with a family that enjoys engaging with him through training, play, and adventure.https://youtu.be/ttPUIUx_yjw Primary Color: White Secondary Color: Black Weight: 36.2 Age: 5yrs 8mths 1wks
