We had first met Morgan at an animal shelter where we took home her and the boy dog in the kennel next to her. She gets along with him and had with our other female dog. she is three now and loves to play with kids but she has separation anxiety. I am hoping to find her a home with kids or high energy people who have all the energy to play with her and take her on walks and runs. She loves to always be up in people's business and demand belly rubs. She is sassy and playful and definitely will let you know what's on her mind. Recently she has shown some issues with female dogs that are new to her, she has never bitten anyone or any signs of wanting to. I'm hoping to also find people who have the space/backyard for her to run around freely and get her energy out. People who will spoil her rotten and give her all the attention in the world. She has never had a problem with cats, people, and kids. she loves ice cubes, cheese, bacon treats, cuddles, and blankets.

She is estimated at three-years-old, and currently weighs 47-pounds. Margarita was found as a stray running around a Garcia's restaurant; smart girl knew where the good food was! Margarita was taken into rescue and no owner came forward to claim her. Margarita is a gorgeous dog with a great personality. Check out that pretty patched coat and glacier-blue eye! Margarita is a social gal, with both people and other dogs. She enjoys play-wrestling with her dog pals as well as chasing the ball or squeaky toy. Margarita is happy to take a pause from play-time and enjoy some pets and cuddles with her human friends. Belly rubs are a favorite! Margarita knows "sit" and walks well on leash. She would love to learn more tricks and training in her forever home. Margarita is a smart and active young dog, who will need lots of exercise to keep her mentally and physically happy. True to her Husky nature, she is a bit of an escape artist and can find her way out of (or over!) her kennel. Margarita will require a secure backyard with at least a six-foot block fence.
