Hello, My name is Emma. I am a 5 year old mutt, but I am part husky and German Shepard. I have lived with my family since I was 10 months old. I am a very sweet girl and love to play and snuggle. My family loves me very much, but with addition of my baby brother I have become very stressed and have not been handling it well. I would do best in a home without young children, they scare me when I can’t predict them. I do have a sister dog that I do well with, however, I don’t do so hot with any other dogs, so a home without other fur friends is probably best. I really love my humans and love pets and ear scritches. I am leash trained, potty trained, trained in basic commands and I am currently going through private training as well. I love walks and playing by the pool, but also love to lounge on the couch. My parents are very heart broken to find me a new home, but know that I will thrive in a less stressful environment. In-home visit required to help ensure I am a good fit!

Hello, I am saddened to have to do this but I have recently joined the military and have no other option but to put Zeus up for adoption. I originally acquired him from an Amish family near ohio in 2019. He is currently 4.5 years old. I have had him since he was a baby. He is truly a great dog and is calm and low maintnance at home when comfortable and taken care of. At times he can be a little anxious in congested areas. He is also great with other dogs and grew up with a pug. He knows how to sit, stay, laydown, crawl, and even sits and waits when his food is served and continues to do so until given the command: Zeus Eat;. I really hope I can find a loving home for him soon.

** ARIZONA ONLY ** Maizy was found by a very nice lady through NextDoor. Maizy was a one-year old Chihuahua rescue who someone needed to re-home. Emaciated and unsure but with a spark of hope in her eyes, Maizy stood in the yard ready to meet her new owner who was immediately in love. Though the cute little pup didn’t resemble a Chihuahua, she was small, weighing 11 lbs at just a year old. However, when Maizy’s new mama took her to the vet, he said she was not a Chihuahua and was a very young pup who would likely grow to be 30 pounds. Within one month, Maizy gained 9 pounds. She is now “really” a year old and weighs 36 pounds. She may have just a wee bit of filling out to do but will probably stay near her current and perfect medium size. Maizy has worked with a dog trainer; she did well and knows basic commands. A DNA test was done and it turns out Maizy is primarily Siberian Husky, as well as several other herding breeds! While not at all the dog this upper-middle-young-aged lady wanted to adopt, she loved Maizy and was going to try to make it work in spite of having a small patio-sized yard that would be perfect for a Chihuahua 😊 Recently, Mama took Maizy for a walk, tripped on the leash, and now requires wrist surgery. With this, and the realization that Maizy needs exercise and activity and a yard where she can run and enjoy some outdoor time, her mama is reluctantly seeking a new home for Maizy. This beautiful young and healthy girl is funny, energetic, playful, and very smart. She can be just a little bit shy initially but learns to trust and is happy to be part of the family. She would do well in a home with an active person or family who has time for her, and would also do well with another dog. Maizy is fully vetted – spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Aspyn is a Husky-German Sheppard mix and is 2 years old. We bought her from a family when she was 9 weeks old. She has a great temperament, calm and eager for attention. She knows most basic obedience like sit, shake, stay, lay down, spin, and leave it. However, she cannot be off leash yet. She is not yet spayed as we were considering having puppies. I first met Roku in Dallas, Texas. He is a pure breed of Japanese Akita Inu. He was only three-month-old and just a little tiny pup. His birthday is Aug. 22, 2022. He is shy and sensitive but always super sweet and kind to me. Now he is about nine months old, and he never barked at me even once, never ran away once when I recall him. But when he is with me, when he's growing up now, I finally realize that maybe i am not the best owner for him, he deserves a better home and a happy doggy life with someone who can really spend a lot of time with him. There are some changes happening in my life and I will travel more frequently in the near future. It's really hard to make the decision but I hope the best for him and that he can be truly happy. The adoption fee there is setting a bar for selecting people who is financially stable and is serious about giving him a new home.
