Hello, my name is Bleux, and I’m looking for my forever home... again. My story started more than six years ago when I was just a fluffy little puppy at Central Arizona Animal Rescue. Like most puppies, I dreamed about finding a family to love. When that special family chose me, I thought all my dreams had come true. I packed up my puppy kisses, wagging tail, and big husky heart and headed home. For over six years, I was part of a family. I grew up with children, learned all about living inside a home, and shared my life with other dogs. I celebrated holidays, took naps on lazy afternoons, watched the kids grow, and loved my people with everything I had. Then one day, my world changed. My family went through a divorce, and sadly, nobody was able to keep me. I found myself back at the rescue where my journey had started. At first, I didn't understand what was happening. Every day I waited for my family to come back. I listened for familiar voices and watched every car that pulled in. For weeks, I held onto hope that someone would walk through the door and tell me it was time to go home. But eventually I realized they weren't coming back. That was a hard lesson for a dog who loved her family so much. The wonderful people at the rescue helped me understand that none of this was my fault and that somewhere out there, another family is waiting for me. A family that will love me through all of life's ups and downs. So now I'm ready to open my heart again. You may notice something special about me right away. I only have one eye. When I was a puppy, I had an accident and my injured eye had to be removed. Don't worry, though. That happened a very long time ago, and I've adapted beautifully. Honestly, I don't even think about it anymore. I run, play, explore, and enjoy life just like any other dog. One eye is all I need to keep my eye on treats, toys, and the people I love! Being a mature lady has its advantages, too. I'm already house trained, so there won't be any puppy accidents to clean up. I've lived with children and know how to be part of a family. I've also lived with other dogs and got along with them just fine. As for cats, that's one mystery I can't solve because I've never really spent time living with them. Even though my adoption fee has been reduced because I'm considered an older dog, please don't let that fool you. I still have plenty of energy and enthusiasm. After all, I'm a husky mix! I love getting outside, stretching my legs, going for walks, exploring new places, and enjoying fresh air. If you're looking for a couch potato, that probably isn't me. But if you're looking for a loyal companion who still loves adventure, we might be a perfect match. The best part? I'm completely ready to start my next chapter. I'm vaccinated, spayed, and microchipped. All I need now is a loving home and someone willing to give a deserving girl a second chance. I know what it means to love a family, and I know what it feels like to lose one. But I also know that my story isn't over yet.
