Story
Get ready for the greatest love of your life!!! Please learn more about us and our available pets at Robin Hood Animal Rescue. In Ralph's words:  'I am Husky from the tip of my nose to the tip of my tail!!! Being a Husky can be very challenging at times. Especially, when you are living with a family who don't understand the breed and how crazy members of that breed can be. My previous family when contacted about me being found, told the kind lady, who rescued me off the street, that they didn't want me back. She couldn't keep me, so she called around until Robin Hood Animal Rescue told her yes, they would take me. I have to be honest, I can be a handful. Not necessarily because of my breed, but because of what all I have been through. My foster parents have been working with me. I have been a good boy. I am smart. I will need a family who will be understanding and patient with me until I feel loved and safe.” As with all our foster dogs/puppies, Ralph has been altered, microchipped, and has had his shots. Please text or call Bob at (623) 680-1170 for more information on this beautiful boy. March 7, 2024: THE ADOPTION FEE FOR DOGS/PUPPIES VARIES GIVEN AGE, BREED, ETC.. Story
We adopted Gracie from Halo Rescue in August. Gracie was born 5/24/23. Gracie is 62% Asian/Oceanic (47% Siberian Husky) and 18% Herding (8% Shepherd). She is potty and crate trained. Gracie loves to go on walks, go places, and especially loves Starbucks pupuccinos. She's been to a couple training sessions and doggie day care and was respectful and playful with other dogs. Gracie is super smart, loves challenging games, and sunning herself in the backyard. She enjoys squeaky toys, puzzle toys, and snuffle mats. She has not been around children and since Gracie still jumps and nips in greeting, I do not recommend placing with small children. She's beautiful and sassy, and lots of fun! A busy day of sniffing and play and Gracie will go nite nite by 7:30 and sleep the night in her doggie bed in our bedroom until 5-7AM. She'll wake us in the night to go outside to potty. Gracie would do best with an active, loving couple, a yard, and another dog to help school her.

Story
Frankie is a gorgeous White Siberian Husky with stunning blue eyes. Like all Huskies he is a playful type who likes to run and play, especially tug of war! He also likes to talk and you can have great conversations with him anytime! But at his heart he is a sweet boy who loves to give hugs and be petted. Frankie is great around humans but can be reactive to other dogs. His ideal home would be one where he is the only dog, with active adults or older children who can play with him and take him on walks. Not recommended for homes with small children (unless they like to be bowled over by a goofy husky!).

Story
Nochka will be 7 in September. We adopted her when she was 3 months old. She was awesome, smart, playful, talkative (husky howls lol) for years, getting along with our five other dogs. Over the last few years she has gotten aggressive with some of the dogs (our female pugs). The aggressive behavior has become more frequent in the last several months and we have made the extremely difficult decision to find her a new family. She is so unique and has the funniest personality. She is great with the other dogs and kids. She has had cats around and has been fine but it's been years so I would introduce slowly. She is also a cuddler. She's a lover and so in tune with your mood. When I say she talks to you, I really mean that. She's doesn't really care that you don't speak husky.

Story
This is Shasta. He is a twelve week old purebred husky puppy. He loves to give kisses, run around in the grass, and is very food motivated. He just started his potty training journey but already knows how to use a doggy door! He was also just introduced to the crate and his happy to eat or relax in it. I am heartbroken to say that I can no longer care for his because of my housing situation. I am heart broken that I have to rehome him but I want to make sure he finds a good home that knows his breed and is ready for the responsibility of having a husky puppy. He does very well with other dogs and is eager to learn. He will come with his bed, crate, new bag of food, collar, and toys. I am asking a rehoming to ensure he goes to a good fit.

Story
Thor(black and white, male) and Angel (white, female) have been inseparable since birth. Thor is cuddly and loves nothing more than a good scratch. He gets so excited when people come over and tries to get them all to pet him. He also loves playing with toys and wrestling with his sister. He'll sleep at your feet and show so much affection. Thor's sister, Angel, has both a gentler and goofier personality. She loves to run and play. They both love the dog park and interacting with other dogs. They are both very smart and know lots of commands like sit, stay, place, lay down, speak, paw, and leave it. We are rehoming as we had a baby recently and they would do better in a home with adults only or teens. They LOVE every adult they meet and try to get scratches from everyone, but they are not comfortable around kids. When you meet them, you will fall in love with these two like we have. They are honestly such great companions to have, and you won't regret getting to know them.

Story
Skye is a very sweet and healthy husky that loves to cuddle, go for walks and eat treats. She is 8 years old (born in March of 2016) but full of energy. Skye is very quiet and you will rarely hear her bark. We are unfortunately moving away and unable to bring her with us. Hoping to rehome her to a good home very soon.

Story
I have owned Rocky since he was weaned. He is three years old. He is a sweet and loving dog with his family and other people. No issues with him in behavior with people. He loves to fetch and he will sit on command. He thinks he's a lap dog. He was raised with other dogs and cats. However, he doesn't always get along with them and has gotten into fights. He absolutely has to be an only pet!! No other pets. Unfortunately, his prey drive overtakes his judgement at times and I can't risk any more attacks to the other animals. He is not at all aggressive with people. He gets brushed and groomed reguarly. He is good with his veterinarians. He just isn't suitable for a multi-pet household. I want him to have a yard and a loving family. He deserves it. He has always had a dog door but even when shut in, he won't go potty in the house. He doesn't get into trash or take food off the table or counters. He's very well behaved. Whoever gets him will be pleased.
