Story
Meet Bodhi This beautiful boy spent over three months surviving on the streets of Palm Avenue in Beaumont, darting through traffic and living in fear. After months of searching and gaining his trust, we finally brought Bodhi to safety in February—and now he’s ready to find his forever family.   Bodhi is a 6- to 9-month-old husky, weighing about 50 pounds. He’s incredibly sweet, gentle, and gets along wonderfully with other dogs, cats, and even kids. But after everything he’s been through, he’s understandably skittish with people. He needs a patient, loving home that will give him the time and space he needs to open up.   Once he trusts you, Bodhi becomes a total sweetheart—loyal, affectionate, and so grateful to be loved. He’s a special soul who’s been through so much, and he deserves a life full of safety, warmth, and kindness.   Are you the one who can show Bodhi that the world is a safe place after all? ##2395480##

Story
Barbara was in the pound for two months with her friend Hemsworth (also a Southpaw dog) before they came to their fosters ranch.  Although friends, Barbara and Hemsworth are not bonded. She does get along wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play with them. Barbara is still shy with people. She will require a patient adopter who will take the time to bond with her and show her she is safe and loved. Currently, because she is a dog in a foster with a lot of other dogs, she needs be be coaxed with treats to come to people. We are confident that once she knows she is safe, she will be very loyal and bonded to an adopter. Barbara does want to be loved, but she's scared. Despite her fear, she has never growled or been aggressive.  Barbara is only 10 months old. She is listed as an Alaska Husky, but she is small and probably mixed with something. She is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.  If you want to give a pretty, fluffy girl a home and show her love (it will take effort), you can meet Barbara.
