Sheila was thrown out by a resident of San Bernardino because she escaped from their yard more than once. The neighbor witnessed them leave her outside and began feeding her. The local UPS driver who served that neighborhood talked to the person feeding her and connected to a foster with our organization. Sheila has since been taken in to be housed and cared for while she looks for her forever home. She is very affectionate, playful and talkative. She is also quite petite.
